CarfaxTech did not balance my wheel after installing a new tire.Removed the weight on the wheel but left the sticky tape. No where is there any wheels added on the wheel so it's causing a slight vibration so I had to pay another shop to balance the wheel. Also all four wheels were inflated to 47psi when the recommended tire psi is 36-39 max in cold weather conditions. Also I found a new dent on my car and new scratches. My vehicle is only a few months old. I would highly not recommend this dealership for any servicing!

CarfaxThank you for your professionalism! My daughter is going to college at FSU and a check engine light came on. I told her to make an appointment with you to check it out. She was able to select a day where she didn't have classes. She dropped off the car in the morning, and the car was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pick up by the end of the day. Thank you for making it easy for someone who isn't accustomed to going to a service shop by herself.

CarfaxTook car in for an oil change and soon as I left the car said add oil immediately! Called back and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault or something was wrong with my car! Come to find out, the oil pump at the shop was not working correctly and not adding any oil to my car and the other customers cars. Stop blaming the customer for every issue when the issue wasn't there when I brought the car in!!

CarfaxThe repair appeared to be completed. Technician left a worm clamp in the cowl area from the old hose. Also the storage lot behind the service bays were sand, trees, and high grass. After driving the van for an hour we realized the entire van was infested with ants. In my opinion, a storage lot for very expensive vehicles should at least be paved. Our van was parked in that lot for a week. We had to buy ant spray and empty everything out of the van and spray door skins, floors, cabinets, and engine bay area. Not impressed.

CarfaxI was charged $250 just to look at the car. They could not do anything about it so I was just out $250 to find out they're not gonna work on it. Said the car was too old and they did not make the parts for that Volkswagen anymore.

CarfaxThe service was very slow. We were there for 3 hours and 40 minutes for an A service. We even opted out of the car wash because we had been there so long. We were told it would take around 2 hours so we waited instead of taking the shuttle to shop. If they would have been honest about the wait, we would have made different arrangements. We travel an hour to have the service so instead of it being an enjoyable day it turned out to be miserable and frustrating. The techs I observed were slow and seemed uninterested in getting their jobs completed.

When I arrived my service advisor Ryan Boatwright had also discovered an outstanding recall notice. He arranged to have both the moonroof and recall fix completed during my visit. This is especially helpful since I live 50 miles from the dealership. Ryan has always given exemplary assistance.

CarfaxGot a service appointment for an oil change for my Audi for the next day. Quick & easy check-in process. Took about an hour total - and they sent a video of the car upon completion. And washed my car after an oil change. Yippee!
