Moved from Leesburg Fl Volkswagen (hate change) I have not been impressed with capital VW. However I met Victor Whatly and was greeted like he sold me my car 10 years ago. What a wonderful man. Aubrey Keith was a rock star. My wife and I were there for 6 hours, and she constantly made sure that we were good, if we needed anything. She was very helpful in choosing the best road to go: finance or lease. She was just amazing. I had never dealt with VW before and it was a very pleasant experience...minus the 6 hours it took to get the car haha

Michael Felton is simply the best salesman out there. He is kind, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. As a woman going into a dealership alone, I worried I’d encounter a pushy salesman. Michael was great. He listened to my very specific requests and helped me to find my perfect car in my budget. I never felt pressured, and he was always patient with my many questions. THIS IS A BLAST TOWARD MANAGEMENT! Get this, I went in to purchase an almost $18,000 car and gave them all my information to take a deposit so I could get financing in order, take the car home (I took the car home overnight), and figure out if it was going to be option for me. I brought the car back the next morning, looked at one more potential car that was cheaper just to cover all my bases, the car 2nd car wasn’t what I wanted and I ruled out. I told Neil (the used car manager) to run my deposit (again) then told them before I left that I would intend on getting the car. I left because I had to go work, before leaving I told them I would be back to buy the car later that evening or FIRST thing in the morning. Now....get this....I get a call about an hour later to have them tell me they SOLD THE CAR! But wait it gets better, they sold it to another customer that was a friend of the manager! Even though I was front in line and literally took it home the night before. They then told me that I never said I wanted the car and that they didn’t ever run my card to take the deposit; meanwhile I gave them my info and permission to do so 24 hours before that. They stated I needed to sign a document inorder to take a deposit, I was never given that form to sign. I then told the manager how this is such “bad business” that they were providing and then he has the audacity to tell me that it wasn’t. Very unprofessional, why bother offer a deposit opportunity and then not honor it. They just wanted to hook up the managers friend who was in line behind me. VERY UNETHICAL, NOT TRUSTWORTHY, 0/10, will never step foot back on that dealerships property. Do yourself a favor and don’t go here.
