I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership for service. Every visit has involved delays, repair issues, or parts needing replacement, and no loaner vehicle is ever available—leaving me without a car for weeks. During my most recent visit, the technician failed to properly balance a newly installed tire, leaving adhesive residue and no wheel weights. All four tires were also inflated to 47 PSI, well above the recommended 36–39 PSI. On top of that, I discovered a new dent and scratches on my vehicle. This is unacceptable, especially for a new vehicle under warranty. I would not trust this dealership with my car, and I hope other customers think twice before risking damage to their new vehicles.

I drove four hours to purchase my new Volkswagen Jetta from this dealership, and it was worth every single mile. I can honestly say this is by far the best Volkswagen dealership in the southeast region. A huge part of the experience was Junior Perez, who was absolutely top notch and remarkable. Professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and never pushy, Junior made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. In my opinion, Junior represents the industry standard for what an outstanding automotive sales professional should be. I also want to recognize General Manager Talas Rogers, who was absolutely phenomenal. His professionalism and commitment to customer service are clearly reflected throughout the dealership. The entire team made me feel valued and confident that I had chosen the right place to purchase my Jetta. 2024: My husband took me to Capital Volkswagon this weekend just to look at the 2024 Tiquan SEL Redline. I wasn’t too interested in going because I loved my Mustang. I had a great experience working with Dustin, my service advisor. Incompetence and lack of communication from sales rep to financing. No updates, no call back, no text back. Just ghosted after submitting credit on a vehicle. Called 4 times to speak with sales rep and it's "finance is in a meeting", no follow ups. I'm not in the business to chase down incompetent people. Don't do business here, just move along and find a dealership that values your time and money.

Junior P. Was the best salesperson to work with, he was honest fair and extremely helpful. Coming from peter boulware where they apraised our 2021 toyota venza le for 13,000$ when here at capital they offered us the fair amount od 23,000. Overall a positive experience. My first visit was for a scheduled-days-in-advanced oil change. I arrived an hour early but unfortunately the oil change took approximately 3 hours (I was there ~4hrs). I gave them a second chance and have since taken my VW there two more times for service procedures. My subsequent visits have been more appropriate wait times. I plan on continuing to take my car here for service jobs. Pros: 1) Friendly professional staff 2) Customer satisfaction is their top priority 3) Quality of work seems to be good Cons (2 of these are expected, so technically only 1 single con exists): A) They do try to upsell on the typical items (for example, I replaced my own air filter about 30 days prior and yet they told me my cabin air filter and engine air filter both needed to be changed). B) Wait times can potentially be hit-or-miss. C) Prices for parts+labor are what you'd typically expect from a dealership (more expensive than other shops). Should you take your vehicle here? Overall, yes, I would recommend Capital Volkswagen to anyone with a Euro car looking for dealership-quality service work and a professional staff.

I got a beautiful 2023 Tiguan SE with so many cool features! I’ve been to about 6 other dealerships in town and felt incredibly uneasy the entire time. Other dealerships made me feel like a prisoner waiting for yard time. They would be unprepared with documents, didn’t even have the car I set the appointment to drive (after lying about it), or made me wait hours to pressure me into paying ridiculous amounts for warranties I don’t want. I walked out on all of them. No one wants to be bullied like that! A couple of them literally chased me out the door into the parking lot when I left because I felt physically unwell. Point being, I appreciated the laid back attitude with quick procedures, and honesty.

Love this dealership. It’s great having a place to take my 2024 Q5 for anything - the team always has my best interest in mind. I had an engine light come on early weekday morning, so I had my car towed to VW capital circle. They were more than willing to fit me in, and had my issues solved promptly and with care. One of the only locations in town where I’m happy to take my car.
