On 1/9/2026, I had a service appointment for my 2021 Tiguan SEL at Capital VW at their new location at 1800 Capital Circle NE in Tallahassee, FL. My primary purpose was to have a 110K service, including an oil change and an inspection. I live in Colorado and was in the Tallahassee area on vacation, and my main concern was to have the service done before heading back to Colorado at the end of January. My service advisor was Dustin Wheeler. I found him very friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and throughout the service appointment he proactively provided status updates on where things stood. More importantly, as the inspection had shown that the front wheels were out of alignment, he strongly recommended a front-end alignment, a tire rotation, as well as a replacement of the engine air filter, which was dirty, all of which I approved. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with this level of proactive service provided by Mr. Wheeler. I had been at this dealership only once before, but never at this location, and found the overall experience excellent both times. Keep up the good work!

I went to have my oil changed at a Walmart, instead they dropped my Transmission fluid. When I contacted the local Volkswagen Dealership, Dustin Wheeler replied to my problem with haste, getting my vehicle in with no problems. My salesman, Sebastian Cebollero was amazing! I came in and I had already checked online the car in which I was interested. It was still available so I told Sebastian my desires and financial concerns and he started running numbers after I shared with him standard financial information. I test drove the car and really liked the feel of it, its roominess, and all the what I like to call, extras. I was sold! My hardest part, I think, was qualifying for the loan without a co-signer, since my credit was on the downside. Sebastian took my info and went and consulted with one of the managers, I believe his name was Charles and after about 30 to 40 minutes, he returned to me with three or four different payment options. I was stunned! I didnt think I was going to qualify. In addition to being professional, knowledgeable and courteous, Sebastian showed that he genuinely cares about helping customers find the best deal. He made me feel at ease and allowed me to express myself and opinions while he listened. His responses were not always what I wanted to hear, but I felt he was sincere and honest. Came in because my airbag light was on, horn didn't work and my electronic buttons on the steering wheel stopped working. Place was easy to get to. They confirmed same day that it was a broken clockspring and got that fixed. Dustin Wheeler surprised me by saying the car (which was bought used) was still under and extended warranty. Lucky break I didn't need to pay this time then. They did provide a courtesy diagnostic and quotes, but didn't push me to get anything else that day. I also appreciated the shuttle service.
