The dealership is very nice, clean, renovated, good waiting area etc. The people who work there are fantastic and take pride in their work. The only issue are their prices. They are significantly more expensive than any other dealerships around including other Acura, Toyota and Ford dealerships for the same service - I have shopped around. Their prices are best compared to a Mercedes MSRP dealer prices but I am able to service my Mercedes cars for less since they send me coupons.

Logan and Crown Acura is great. I travel 50+ minutes to come here due to their superior service and great facility. I had two recalls completed on my MDX, and Logan was attentive and answered all of my questions. I left in a loaner and the vehicle was ready at the time he said it would be. If you ever had experienced lack of communication from other dealerships, you won't experience that here. Their service advisors are on the ball and don't leave hanging. Five Stars all around.

Went in for a diagnosis on my Acura RLX and the bill came to $10,000. I'd already had the timing belt replaced ,the water pump, tensioners and a tube up the week prior. I informed them of all of this and they still included it in the $10,000 bill. Unreal. I spent $300 to get ripped off.
