Mike is the guy! Mike Patton was a pleasure to work with. I came in so unsure and my vehicle had been totaled. He worked with me to get me into a new car within my budget. Logan Lane became my service advisor at Crown Acura about two (maybe three) years ago, and I couldnt be happier. Logan is always on point with his recommendations, follows up as promised and is a great example of excellent customer service. I dont know why some companies dont get the fact that most customers prefer quality over quantity when it comes to customer satisfaction. Its because of people like Logan that I keep returning to Crown Acura for service, because they understand that principle very well. A lot of other companies would benefit greatly from having more Logan Lanes as advisors.

Our day at Crown Acura involved a Trade-In of our 2019 RDX, a Purchase of a new RDX and financing the new vehicle through the Finance Department. We had scheduled an appointment with JD, our Sales Associate, earlier in the day. JD was there to greet at the scheduled time. He listened to our needs and desires. While we test drove the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, he had a Trade-In value ready when we returned. Within a short amount time, we were on our way to purchasing our new car. Jay, the Finance Manager at Crown Acura, had all the documents and figures organized. He took time to explain each document and answered any and all questions. JD and Jay took care of all the DMV paperwork,etc. for the trade-in and the New Purchase. We have had our 2019 RDX serviced at Crown Acura in the past to our satisfaction every time. In the future, we will continue to have our new RDX serviced and maintained at Crown Acura. The Team in the Sales/Finance Department made our purchase a success. We strongly recommend JD and Jay when the time comes to purchase a vehicle. Hassle-free and professional.

Breanna Foster was my sales person at Crown Acura and was incredibly knowledgeable about the Acura vehicles. She was a really good listener and addressed all of my questions. Rich Morris knows how to do business. I am in sales and know how these things sometimes go. I was in and out - we didn't need to go back and forth at all. Tony ODonnell from Crown Acura was an excellent salesman. He greeted us with a smile and a handshake! He was friendly and respectful and made the entire experience pleasant. Tony took his time and helped us test drive the two different RDX models we were interested in. As luck would have it, we just happened to see a low mileage CPO model that was exactly what we wanted. Tony helped us work a deal where we received a very fair trade for our old car. I would recommend Tony to any of our friends who are interested in joining the Acura family!
