I had been looking to purchase a new Acura ILX for several months. Like most people, I hate the whole "going to the dealer" experience, as it's always such a long, drawn out process. I find it easy to get online, and message 3 different dealers with what I'm looking for, and ask them to send me their "best price". Gillian Barnes from Crown Acura was one of the first to respond, then the other 2 dealers contacted me shortly thereafter. I gathered my quotes and went to see Gillian. The first thing that surprised me was Gillian's genuine interest in helping me...No pressure, no back and forth, just a sweet lady who knew I was looking for a good deal. I had explained to Gillian that one of the other dealer's offer was less than hers, but they didn't have the car in stock. Without hesitation, Gillian went to her manager and explained the situation, and came back to me with a smile on her face. Not only did she beat the other dealer's "best price", but she also gave me more than I expected on my trade in. I was in and out of the dealership, including the dreaded finance office, which was actually a nice experience, within a little over an hour. Just finished leasing 2019 MDX A-spec. This is the fifth time I am leasing from Crown, and always from the same sales rep. Chris Duncanson. You will not find anyone more professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Sophie Morris for treating me like a million dollar customer even though all I purchased was a pre-owned vehicle. She was attentive to my questions and accommodated my last minute request to test drive the car. Most importantly, at no time did I feel I was being pressured to make the purchase. She went out of her way driving me to the airport to have my rental returned, she could have easily suggested I call an Uber instead. All of this was delivered with a beautiful and genuine smile. John Shaw at Crown Acura service was very helpful, courteous and honest. The car was finished when he said it would be. I wish I knew the mechanic's name but I do not. When I got in my car and noticed a light on that I could not figure out how to turn off - he was driving by, stopped and asked me if I had a problem - parked the car he was in and came over - John had already gone in to get a mechanic so I had three of them just to turn off a simple light :) I was visiting the area and would certainly use them again when in town.

His service has always been great and continues to be great to this day. My Acura is now 14 years old and in just as good condition as it was when I started service years ago. I know it cost more at a dealership to have ones car serviced but to me it is well worth it, as I know my car will be right when returned with John overseeing repairs...peace of mind means a lot when you depend on your car for transportation (for work and pleasure).
