Cars.comI had such a wonderful experience working with Ms. Milissa Grimsley at Crown Acura! From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, thorough, and—most importantly—she had a great sense of humor that made the entire car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free. Milissa took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and never once made us feel pressured. She was genuinely interested in helping us find the right vehicle and made us feel valued throughout the process. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different vehicle and dealership because we found the right car, the right package, and the right price for us. However, I want to emphasize that our decision had absolutely nothing to do with the exceptional service we received from Milissa. If you’re shopping for an Acura, I highly recommend asking for Ms. Milissa Grimsley at Crown Acura. She is knowledgeable, personable, patient, and truly a pleasure to work with. Cars.comMy appointment was for 8 AM. When I arrived, they're waiting for me. They check my car in immediately went through all the options of service for me. After we agreed on the service They showed me the waiting area which is very comfortable complete with coffee and all delicious acts makes it a lot easier waiting. The service advisor Logan Lane, very friendly, very professional, sent a text of the technician working on the calrand explaining everything, first time I've ever seen anything like that. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Logan himself.

Cars.comWe recently drove 2 hours to buy a car from Crown Acura. The team there, especially LUKE MISTRETTA & JAY RUBIO, was terrific, very patient, friendly & professional, working with us to get an equitable deal on the car we really wanted, without feeling pressured. After past unpleasant experiences with other dealers, we were apprehensive about making that long of a drive. But we were relieved with how positive of an experience they made it for us. If it wasn’t such a long drive, I would definitely be doing all my service with them.

Rich Morris, Bart Bartley (service), John Luebke (finance) & Sophie Morris (manager) always make the car buying/leasing experience such a pleasant one. Jeremy Stebbins reached out to me to schedule the service and was so easy to communicate with right from start. He said the service would take 2 days and made sure we had a loaner car which was ready and waiting when we dropped the car off. Jeremy stayed in contact every step of the way ensuring that this service experience went perfect. We appreciated Jeremy for his excellent customer service, he truly loves his job and cares about the customers. We pulled up to pick up the car and it was right out front, gleaming, to say the least, the car was gorgeous! We were so pleased I decided to send Jeremy a text to thank him and being the professional he is, he also gave kudos and credit to his team that worked so hard to ensure the car reached our expectations.
