FacebookMike Patton was a pleasure to work with. I came in so unsure and my vehicle had been totaled. He worked with me to get me into a new car within my budget. He was extremely patient throughout the whole process and so easy to work with. I haven’t had the best experiences with dealers and he definitely helped ease me into this process. 10/10 recommend seeing him you won’t be disappointed. The whole transaction felt like I was doing this with a friend. If you get a vehicle anywhere definitely come to Crown Acura and see Mike! The whole team there was a pleasure to work with.

FacebookShout out to Mike for helping me through the process of getting my new car. After my old car died on the highway I literally coasted right into the dealership. The service team helped me diagnose my issues and gave me all the information I needed to decide whether to repair or get a new vehicle. Mike showed me some options and talked through what I needed and wanted along with how to best stay in budget. He was thoughtful and realistic in all his suggestions and most importantly patient in letting me make sure I had the time to make the best choice. Thank you!

Instead of overselling me, he found a bulb that would work in tail light since the actual part was not in stock and he didn’t even charge me for the part. He consulted with me on the $750 headlight repair, and since the car is my spare beach car not normally used at night and my bright lights worked, we agreed it wasn’t worth the repair cost. Then he was able to help me enter the radio code too. What a great service experience! Crown Acura cares about their customers!
