Just recently purchased a new Ram truck. Very good overall deal. Price was decent compared to the market and fair trade in value. Craig was easy to deal with, answered all my questions. I was in a rush due to my peak season for my job. Finance had all my paperwork ready. I was in and out. I will consider them on future purchases.

Scheduled an appointment online. Tried to cancel it but couldn't, even though the email states clearly that you can click on manage the appointment. The link takes me to setup a new appointment and wouldn't show the existing one. Called them for 2 days straight, their AI tries its best to not let me talk to a real human. And when I bypassed the AI, no one picks up. Left a VM, no one returns my call. You should close shop. You should not be in the customer service business. AI is not meant for servicing customers!

Everett was great at showing us the features of our car, walked us through the purchase process, and then synched up all the features to my preferences and my phone. I couldn't have asked for more. He was professional and approachable - really focused on what we were interested in the most without any pressure for buying a vehicle that day. Reggie, our finance partner, had everything ready to go for signature, and a few optional considerations for our financing. Again, he made the experience pleasant, simple, and without any pressure. He was easy to work with, knowledgable, and kind. What more can you want at a car dealership? I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car!

He is an amazing young and talented kid with a young family and you can tell that he is doing exactly what he should be doing.
