What really stood out to me was when I came to pick up the truck with my 8-year-old daughter. Jesus went out of his way to make her feel included and even took the time to teach her how to solve part of a Rubik’s Cube. She thought that was the coolest thing and was so excited to learn. It was a small gesture, but as a dad, that meant a lot to me and says a lot about the kind of person he is.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Dublin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, to note- we had previously bought 6 vehicles from crown.
My husband spent the past week working with a salesperson on a specific truck he was very interested in purchasing. He test drove it on Wednesday and even brought it home on Friday to make sure it would fit in our garage. When he returned it around 5:00 p.m., he told the salesperson he was ready to move forward and requested the purchase numbers and financing.
The following morning, we were asked to complete a credit application so financing could be processed for that truck. After our credit was pulled, we spent hours waiting while the salesperson repeatedly suggested we consider a different color instead of the truck we wanted.
When we finally went to the dealership, we were shocked to learn that the truck had actually been sold the previous evening. At no point did anyone contact us to let us know it was no longer available. Instead, we were asked to complete financing paperwork and invest more of our time for a vehicle that had already been sold.
We completely understand that vehicles can sell quickly. What is disappointing is the lack of communication and respect for our time. A simple phone call would have prevented unnecessary travel, a hard credit inquiry, and a very frustrating experience.
If the truck had already been sold, why were we asked to complete a credit application? Why were we led to believe we were financing a vehicle that no longer existed? This was either extremely disorganized or intentionally misleading.
