Cars.comDealership is expensive but they go out of their way make sure the job is complete and customer is satisfied. Vehicle needed to be returned next day do to problem with brakes. Fixed vehicle and delivered to me. Service representative delivered vehicle to me at my residence.

Cars.comWe recently bought our eighth car from Crown Chrysler. This dealership is absolutely the best when it comes to sales, service, and overall customer service. I won’t go anywhere else. Everett McSavaney again did a wonderful job helping us find the right car. I had advised him of our general desires, and he did a tremendous job of assembling numerous choices for our consideration. He showed his suggestions and answered all our questions thoroughly as we considered our options. He communicated details and processes as we went along, even helping me with a rebate that wasn’t initially apparent. Everett is friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I strongly recommend you contact him if you are looking for a car!

Cars.comI went to Crown for a new Wrangler. I worked with Craig Gowitzka. He was very professional and answered all of my questions perfectly. I went in the next day to pick up the Jeep and Craig had all of my paperwork ready to go. He also had the Jeep detailed and it looked great. Craig was not pushy and helped me get exactly what I wanted. The dealership was clean and professional. I recommend Craig 100%.
