I’ve spent nearly 2k in the last year on service. Two routine oil change/tire rotation/etc ago I noticed that one tire that was slightly low pressure was still in the same spot. I didn’t really peruse it. The last time I took it in I marked the tires just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. After getting the vehicle back the tires had not been rotated despite being part of the maintenance and listed as being done. While in the shop they texted me to try and sell me new tires. Shady as hell. Not rotate tires so they wear incorrectly then sell you new tires (at 30% higher than other tire shops). I then checked the oil. Had it even been changed? I couldn’t quite tell but it sure didn’t look as clear and amber as you’d expect for having it changed that day. The cap didn’t even look like it had been taken off. Now I question if any of the fluid work I’ve had done was actually done. At 40k they recommended that the transmission fluid and differential fluid need changed. Being an idiot I just agreed to keep with recommended maintenance. When I later looked, after paying for $1000, the jeep manual says “inspect and only change if needed” not required. They charge a premium compared to other dealers. I’d expect to get premium service. “Oh we will get back to you about it!” Still waiting.

Billy Petikas did a great job handling my Fiat service request

I purchased a car in late Oct 2023 from this dealership and along with it an oil change package that was communicated could be used at any Chrysler dealership as this location is about 30 min from my home. After calling 2 other Chrysler dealerships and neither seeing my VIN in their system and scheduled an oil change for 10:00 AM on a Saturday two weeks out at Crown. I did not get out until 12:00 as I was told they did not have an oil filter on hand. I asked to have the service plan refunded and was told they would do that first thing Monday morning, that never happen. I was also told I would get a call from management as two hours for an oil change felt a bit excessive as this was a scheduled appointment. This call did not happen either. Clearly in my case follow up was non-existent and service in my one experience was less then acceptable
