FacebookI’ve spent nearly 2k in the last year on service. Two routine oil change/tire rotation/etc ago I noticed that one tire that was slightly low pressure was still in the same spot. I didn’t really peruse it. The last time I took it in I marked the tires just to make sure I wasn’t crazy. After getting the vehicle back the tires had not been rotated despite being part of the maintenance and listed as being done. While in the shop they texted me to try and sell me new tires. Shady as hell. Not rotate tires so they wear incorrectly then sell you new tires (at 30% higher than other tire shops). I then checked the oil. Had it even been changed? I couldn’t quite tell but it sure didn’t look as clear and amber as you’d expect for having it changed that day. The cap didn’t even look like it had been taken off. Now I question if any of the fluid work I’ve had done was actually done. At 40k they recommended that the transmission fluid and differential fluid need changed. Being an idiot I just agreed to keep with recommended maintenance. When I later looked, after paying for $1000, the jeep manual says “inspect and only change if needed” not required. They charge a premium compared to other dealers. I’d expect to get premium service. “Oh we will get back to you about it!” Still waiting.

FacebookI purchased a car in late Oct 2023 from this dealership and along with it an oil change package that was communicated could be used at any Chrysler dealership as this location is about 30 min from my home. After calling 2 other Chrysler dealerships and neither seeing my VIN in their system and scheduled an oil change for 10:00 AM on a Saturday two weeks out at Crown. I did not get out until 12:00 as I was told they did not have an oil filter on hand. I asked to have the service plan refunded and was told they would do that first thing Monday morning, that never happen. I was also told I would get a call from management as two hours for an oil change felt a bit excessive as this was a scheduled appointment. This call did not happen either. Clearly in my case follow up was non-existent and service in my one experience was less then acceptable

FacebookI had my Jeep Grand Cherokee in regarding a leak involving my antifreeze. Billy Petikas, Service Manager, was able to somehow squeeze me into the schedule. Within 3 days my car was able to be diagnosed and fixed, even though numerous parts had to be ordered. Billy was always courteous and very professional in how he handled a multi-tasking situation. I owe him a great deal of gratitude for the way he handled himself. Thanks to Crown and especially Billy for a job well down. /s/ Dr. Bruce Johnson

I also spoke with Damon Clark, Dealership General Manager, about general info and services offered at Crown Jeep. Outstanding service by both Dan and Frank!! We purchased a Jeep Wrangler, and the dealership cleaned, vacuumed and filled the vehicle with gas before we left. They made the whole process very easy, and we had a very pleasant experience working Roger & all the associates at Crown. We will definitely return for future car buying needs.

FacebookMy car has been there since 11-16-22. They will not give updates. Was told the car was ready on 12/23 after having the transmission replaced. Due to schedules was not able to get the car until 12/26…guess what? Transmission failed and they couldn’t get it to move. Had to go into the dealership on 1/2/23 (yes a new year!!) only to wait for the “service manager” who was in charge of my car to avoid me and leave me standing at his desk for 20 minutes. He told me the replacement for the REPLACEMENT transmission would be in Tuesday or Wednesday and he would let me know either way. Several more calls throughout Wednesday trying to see what was going on and no response. Finally got to speak to him Thursday early afternoon, after he had to be sent an email to contact me! Was told the car would be ready today 1-6-23 in the afternoon and he would call me. Guess what never happened??? I can not believe the total lack of customer service I have been dealing with. Just tell me “hey we’ve had a few issues” don’t leave me in the dark and lie to me. If you had taken the minutes to let me k ow what was up, I would have been a lot more understanding. Now I am livid!
