Scott in parts and Denny in service were both very helpful. Scott had to order a part and called when it was in So I could coordinate a tow and the service.
Denny made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure the insurance I had coverage for and was approved.
The dealership honored the warranty with no questions asked.

My jeep had a recall and it took 2 months to get the parts. The length of time wasnt Crown's issue it was Jeep. Customer service was great in that Crown got me a rental car, and quickly fixed the jeep once the parts came in. The area of improvement would be continual updates. I had to ask for updates weekly on the status of the parts, i think when there is significant delays Crown should be proactively giving me weekly updates
the ability to make an appointment at my convenience.

I didn't like that the service agreement that I purchased with the car new (from another Stellantis dealership) was not honored. This was the one-year service/first oil change which is typically free on an Alfa Romeo. This visit cost me $200! Service advisor was otherwise very helpful and easy to deal with.

2nd time having my vehicle returned with the passenger rear view mirror tucked in without it being communicated or having the mirror returned to the original way. Not fun to realize it a few minutes later on the Interstate. Very unsafe and poor communication

I worked with Matt again on this service visit and he couldn't have been more helpful. I was facing a pretty hefty service bill for 2 separate service items, and in the course of the repair, Matt found a way to save me a couple hundred dollars by combining a repair/replacement part at the same time. I'm always pleased with my service at Crown and will be using Matt again in the future.
Terrible handling of a warranty repair pertaining to a driveline issue where the center differential and rear differential kept locking up in addition to causing a growling and vibrating while driving and turning below 25 mph.. TY the service manager is a liar and unprofessional individual--beware!

The team was quick to diagnose and repair my vehicle.
Took truck in for fan hub bearing change, took 2 days to get in touch, went to get something out of it and they told me the bearing was done and they were chasing a wiring issue, before i took it in, nothing was wrong with the truck other than the bearing. Come to find out i replaced the fan clutch myself and bolts were loose, connectors broken and the harness unplugged causing the "wire issue" they were talking about.
I appreciated the honest response to my service appointment.
