I started my process with True Car. Several Dealerships sent me emails, and Everett McSavaney's with Crown Chrysler Jeep's email was the best. It was simple, polite and to the point. Everett went so far as to ask my permission to contact me! I like the total way he approached me. I had to cancel several times on Everett, and when I finally arrived, he had the car waiting for me to test drive! We had a great test drive, and I really like the car but there was a few concerns that I had about trim, seats, color features...Everett gave me all the information I asked about. And, he was really patient, listened well to my concerns and remembered my unique concerns. I never felt any pressure or anything else that people talk about when buying cars. Everett had to find the right car for me and he did! He ensured I had the car I wanted, that was ready to go and took extra time to walk through all the features of the model (it has a lot!). As there was an item I wanted on the car, Everett followed up after the sale to ensure arrangements were made. I would buy another car from Everett, and his service was just exceptional. He knows the product well and really enjoys what he does.

Great Experience at Crown. What a great experience with the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Craig Gowitzka greeted us at the showroom door and showed us the SUVs on the lot and discussed options. Craig found the vehicle we were looking for and took us on a test drive. he took the time to show us some of the specific options and how they worked, and when we ran out of time, he took our information and pulled numbers together with the sales manager and sent them to us later that evening. Craig and Crown really respected the time we had available. When we came back in to finalize the deal, he had spent time finding the specific color and options we were lookin for. The time to fill out paper work and walk through the financing was reasonable, and we were on our way. Craig ran through some of the specific features and set up our phones with the blue tooth. We had another appointment that limited our time going over the features, so Craig set up an appointment with us to come in and go over things in more detail. There were also plenty of videos to help support us in learning the features that Craig set us up with. Craig Gowitzka and the Crown staff was a significant reason we chose Jeep over Ford. When we went to Crown, we were fairly certain we would go home in a new car- if we could get a fair trade-in and price. We were introduced to Craig Gowitzka who led us through this process. He had to work for the sale, my husband at one point was ready to walk out, but an acceptable 'deal' was presented and we did leave in a new Journey. We were treated professionally by all and even being an hour away, I will most likely go back for service. I am happy with my 2017 Dodge Journey!

Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a recall fix. As always, Ty Ramsey took care of me and it was fixed within the timing he estimated. Also my Jeep came back washed, which was a nice extra.

Just had a water pump go out in my 2014 Grand Cherokee. Couldn't have asked for better treatment. Ty Ramsey was my service Advisor at Crown and when he discovered there was a backlog on these parts due to a mfg issue he put me in a rental the first day and moved me to one of their Jeeps the following day. It took almost 2 weeks for the part to be available. Ty kept me informed on the repair status throughout and when complete, he follow through on processing the order at no charge to me because the breakdown was due to a defective part that was covered under the vehicle warranty.

My service rep, Ty Ramsey, at Crown Chrysler, did an outstanding job taking care of my new Pacifica. He arranged for a loaner car, then kept me informed regarding the problem encountered as well as the status until the Pacifica was ready. It has performed beautifully since I picked it up.
