I really appreciated the courtesy ride that was set up for me by my Service Advisor Daimara when I dropped my car off and then the courtesy ride from my home back to the shop. Daimara is a great advisor she's very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. She has helped me with past service appointments so I contacted her directly to set up this service appointment because I knew that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. In addition to my oil change my A/C was not working properly and the Crown mechanics have it working great now. Thank you Daimara and thank you to everyone at Crown Honda.

Paid for oil change, cabin air filter and tire rotation. Tires were not rotated. No answer or reason why, no call back from Crown Honda after multiple calls. They were paid for service not fully rendered with no shame.

The service is good, I am happy with repairs. I do not like that I am being charged to use my credit card. I think with car repairs, costs can be very high (last month in my house it was about $10,000. Scrambling to move cash around to use a debit card instead of just paying with a credit card is a hassle. Making credit card payments without a penalty charge would be nicer for customers, given the nature of the work and that the costs are not actually known when we take our cars in for evaluation/repair.

Always maintain my vehicle, and every service at dealership seems to be a major repair. Engine air filter was not properly attached after service. The clips were undone. Skeptical about the premature failure of suspension. But at the end of the day I am not an auto mechanic.

14 point check other services recommend here in Florida and in February of this year all I needed was an oil change and my tires to be rotated so I told Scott Robinson that I would do that service in Florida there so they gave me the address of crown Honda Crown Honda said I need back brakes , timing belt and wheel alignment also transmission fluid changed so now I'm questioning why I wasn't told that at Scott Robinson
