Great experience buying my new car! Chris was an excellent salesperson—friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Frenk in Finance was also great and made the paperwork quick and easy. Both guys made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them!

This was the first time I have done all my car shopping on-line, using email to communicate with the dealerships. When I sent my first request for their best OTD price, I was blown away when Crown Honda came back with their offer, detailed and in writing. The quoted price clearly indicated they wanted to make a deal. No other dealer ended up coming close to the Crown offer. From that point forward in the process, there was no bait and switch, no adjusting of the quote what so ever. The signing day was a breeze. Friendly and professional staff. No pressure, no attempt to upscale on added items and they gave me plenty of time to review the documents before signing. It was actually a very pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend Crown Honda for your next purchase.

From start to finish, I received top rated support from Dali Ibrahimovic. He was attentive to my husband and I, and really listened to what was important to us in selecting, and ultimately buying a car. If anyone is in the market for a new car, definitely visit Crown Honda, and if you're lucky, you might get to Dali to assist you.

If you're looking for an honest, stress-free car buying experience, go see Frank Lovett at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. My family and I drove all the way from Orlando because Frank gave us the best deal anywhere in the area, and he delivered on every promise. We were buying a brand-new Honda Pilot EX-L for my wife, and as the saying goes, "Happy wife, happy life!" Frank made sure we accomplished both. From our very first conversation, he was upfront, transparent, and never played any games—something that's incredibly refreshing when shopping for a car. Before making the drive, I even spoke with General Sales Manager John Acosta, who personally assured me that the offer we received over the phone would be exactly what we'd see when we arrived. They kept their word 100%, and that level of integrity is hard to find these days. I also have to recognize Isabel Rojas in Finance. You always hear stories about having a great salesperson, only for the finance manager to ruin the experience with high-pressure sales tactics. That couldn't have been further from our experience. Isabel was professional, friendly, and never once made us feel pressured. She only discussed products that genuinely made sense and could benefit us as the customer. It was obvious she cared about helping us make informed decisions, not just selling extras. From the moment I requested information online, the communication was outstanding. They respected my preferred method of communication, answered every question promptly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. This was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we've ever had. I'd give it a 15 out of 10. We're a Honda family, and making the drive from Orlando was absolutely worth it. Crown Honda has earned our future business. If you're shopping for a new Honda, ask for Frank Lovett. He'll be honest, upfront, and work hard to get you the best deal possible. And when it's time to finalize everything, you're in great hands with Isabel Rojas. Bravo to the entire team at Crown Honda for proving that buying a car doesn't have to be stressful—it can actually be enjoyable. My wife absolutely loves her new Honda Pilot EX-L, so I'd say the mission was accomplished. Happy wife, happy life!

Not a terrible dealer. But not as good as initially seemed. They play the car buying game via “lying by omission.” If you plan to buy a car from these folks, make sure you have a check list of all encompassing questions, because they aren’t disclosing anything voluntarily. If the vehicle wasn’t CPO with the low mileage it had, never would have bought it. The dealer did us dirty by omitting key facts about the deal.

Not a terrible dealer. But not as good as initially seemed. They play the car buying game via “lying by omission.” If you plan to buy a car from these folks, make sure you have a check list of all encompassing questions, because they aren’t disclosing anything voluntarily. For example, they did not disclose the true condition of the vehicle we purchased. My daughter and I arrived after a 4 hour drive to find a car riddled with paint defects, blemishes, scratches and dings. Makeup caked into every interior crevice, black marks on the headliner, baby seat marks in the leather, and marred up plastic trim. On a 2025, CPO car with only 15k miles. Looked like it spent its life in a grocery store parking lot or xxxx’s Kitchen. I saw this stuff immediately. It was never disclosed during negotiation. It was barely acknowledged upon arrival. They even sent a walk around video with no mention. I thought the price was solid because they were an honest dealer who focused on volume rather than gouging. I was wrong. They also omitted financing options until I forced their hand. Started at 8.8% on a CPO, 2025, 15k miles. “Oh that’s the Wells Fargo rate, we don’t add any dealer reserve to that.” I suggested I’d co-sign, are their other options? “We just got one back from Honda at 8.5”. They B.S.’d me a whole quarter point. So generous. No other offers, no strategic suggestions, those were my options. So I applied to USAA and PNC. One came back with an approval at 5.29%. I call the finance department back to ask how they prefer funds to be delivered. “Oh wait, we have a local credit union that can get you 5.21%, how does that sound?” So you see, this dealer likes to lie by omission. The sales and finance people are friendly. Willing to work over internet and text. Seem totally honest and above board. Where other dealers are like, “the price is the price, we aren’t budging on our $2000 dealer fee, go pound sand.” This dealer appears to negotiate. And they did come down on their price to meet mine. They adjusted their fees to do it. But I arrived, saw the condition of the vehicle, and understood. We bought the car. I knew the cosmetics could be addressed. And they were, by my trusted detail shop, for another $600 in cleaning, buffing, and ceramic coat. There were flaws that could not be fixed though. If the vehicle wasn’t CPO with the low mileage it had, never would have bought it. The dealer did us dirty by omitting key facts about the deal. In both condition of the vehicle and financing options. Be wary.

There were white marks all over it. Some of the black marks were small dents that don’t show well in pics. The vehicle looked great at 10’. On the drive home my Daughter noticed makeup caked into the shifter plastic and in crevices and cracks all over the center console, she noted it as “gross”. This vehicle had a rough lease. I can tell you that. She’ll be well cared for now.

With knowledge, professionalism, clear communication, and impeccable customer care, Crown Honda Sales Manager Enver Bekric guided me through the process of leasing a new car. I purchased my last Honda from Enver, so I contacted him when I was in the market for a new car. Enver introduced me to Gregory Schwartz, who handled the test drive, initial paperwork, and phone calls with my insurance company to update my coverage for the new vehicle. Finance Manager Claude Campbell expertly explained and handled the leasing agreement paperwork. Enver checked in with me at every step of the process and arranged to have Greg deliver the car to my house. I was very impressed with the calm, careful, patient, caring, efficient professionalism with which Enver Bekric, Gregory Schwartz, and Claude Campbell worked together to help me lease a new vehicle. Service Manager Michele Dessert has scheduled service appointments for all my vehicles, and her knowledge, expertise, professionalism, and customer safety prioritization keep me returning to Crown Honda for all my vehicle maintenance needs.
