I took my 2024 Honda Accord in for an oil change. In the absence of my regular service advisor I was assisted by Thomas Allen. I was completely satisfied with his service. Thomas was welcoming, friendly, courteous, patient, and kind. He brought to my attention the current oil change special and I appreciated that because it will save me money on 3 oil changes. I was sitting in the waiting room and never noticed the oil change special signs on the wall.

I had a wonderful experience at Crown Honda, the staff was extremely nice and they are dog friendly too. If you are looking for a new car or ready to trade in your lease I highly recommend Enver Bekric and Jonathan Ortiz, hands down. They are extremely nice, accommodating and will work with you, on top of that they literally make you feel like family, I will not go anywhere else going forward, thank you so much guys!!

It was an ordeal to get the car registration for our new car. Our salesperson, Dali, told us it would be mailed to us in 2 weeks. After several phone calls over the next month, he told us the first few times to be patient, the DMV would mail it to us. Then he told us that it was at the dealership, but he wouldn't mail it to us, we had to come in to pick it up. I finally called the title manager, who told us that it should have been given to us at the time of purchase, they are never mailed for new registrations. Within minutes of my speaking to the title manager, a copy was emailed to us. This whole experience has left me wondering what was up with the bad information given to us by our sales person. If he had forgotten to give it to us on the day of purchase, when the original was printed, he should have just told us that. Instead it has left us wondering why?????

Visiting from out-of-state. Got a flat tire on Sunday. Car was towed to Crown Honda. I set up an on-line repair appointment for Monday morning. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience at Crown Honda with Sasa Kresevljakovic. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle on my own and I was so nervous that I almost cancelled the appointment. I am glad I didn't. Sasa and I communicated via text and email before I went it. He took time to understand what I was looking for and had 3 CR-Vs waiting for me when I arrived. He was never pushy or aggressive and his patience is seemingly endless. Sasa took the time to explain all of the CR-V's features to me to make sure I was truly getting what I wanted. When it came time to talk about the price he itemized all the charges so I knew exactly what I was spending on everything from the purchase price to the taxes and registration. The whole process was so easy and stress-free. I'm hoping to keep my CR-V for a long time, but if I do need another car, Sasa at Crown Honda will be my first call.
