Enver Bekric: The Man is a Mensch I recently had the need to purchase a tow vehicle for a small RV trailer. I called my service coordinator at Crown Honda, Michele Dessert, whose opinion and expertise I have come to trust and respect over the course of the last 15 years. Michelle did not hesitate to recommend I get in touch with Enver Bekric who she described in glowing terms. Although I had some requirements and challenges that could have made this purchase difficult, Enver was thoughtful and accommodating and found ways to help us through it. He even stayed late, after the dealership closed, to answer any questions that I had. There was not even the slightest hint of sales pressure. Enver has obviously spent a considerable amount of time studying the Honda inventory and is very knowledgeable about the specifics of each vehicle. He carefully considers the needs of his customers and does his best to match them up with exactly the right car or truck. The purchase of my new vehicle was seamless because of Envers help and consideration. My family and I have been a customer of Crown for 25+ years. That being said, my most recent experience has been anything but pleasant! We sat down and negotiated for several hours on 2 different vehicles. A Honda Odyssey EX and a Pilot Elite. We decided to go home and sleep on it in an effort to decide which vehicle we wanted more. We decided to go with the Pilot. We headed back down to the dealership on Sunday afternoon to complete the deal. This is where things start to get messy! As we were starting the process of signing the the papers on the Pilot, a sales manager took me into a closed door office. He proceeded to tell me that they could not honor the deal that they had given to me IN WRITING because the sales manager from the previous day (Justin) had screwed something up with the numbers. I was told that we could still take the vehicle home with us and that he would speak with the GM the next day about finding a way to make the deal work. I was told that he couldn't guarantee that the deal would go through, but also that he hadn't never seen the GM not make a deal happen. So, our fingers were crossed. The next day, I receive a call from the original Sales Manager (Justin). He informed me that there was just no way that we could get the vehicle for the price that they had quoted us. He seemed genuinely apologetic, but nevertheless, we were unable to obtain the vehicle for the price that we had been promised. We ended up getting an Odyssey for a good deal, but this whole situation left a VERY bad taste in our mouth with Crown. My family and I have leased/purchased a new car every few years from Crown since the mid 90's. Very disappointed that customer loyalty has such little value to them. For what it's worth, the salesman (Hugo Gonzalez) was fantastic. The poor guy was just stuck in the middle.

Hugo Gonzalez made my purchase stress free and made sure the vehicle was perfect before letting me drive off the lot. I would recommend Crown Honda to everyone that is shopping for a vehicle and make sure they ask for Hugo.

I bought my car from crown - certified preowned Honda accord. I love it. Reluctantly I purchased the extended warranty not thinking that I would ever need to use it. I ended up having a couple of minor problems with my Honda, and MICHELE DESSERT The assistant service manager went above and beyond for me. She is so knowledgeable, with a heart of gold. I usually have a hard time trusting any time it has to do with repairs, but she definitely put me at ease. I have just bought a Honda Civic Coupe EX-T here and I am very pleased by the way the saleperson served me and my family. My saleperson was Enver Bekric. At first I am looking for a CR-Z but it is out of stock, we were going to look for it in the other Crown. However, Bekric was a very nice guy and he made us feel very comfortable. Michelle Dessert always makes sure my service is excellent. Crown Honda is the only place Only one thing detracted from my experience this last time - whoever did the car wash apparently chose not to do his best. The car was cleaner, but sloppy. One window was missed, there were dirty water streaks down the back and the driver's side floor wasn't vacuumed.

Over the last 20 years I have been taking my Honda cars to Crown for service.That amounts to at least 100 visits almost all of which were for routine maintenance.This last time,however, was for a noise emanating from under the car.Michele Dessert, who has been my Advisor for the entire 20 years,got me in right away and had a technician examine the car immediately.It turned out to be a loose heat shield on the exhaust system[I thought they were only used on spacecraft].The entire process was completed in minutes at 0 cost.
