FacebookOur sales representative, Cary Forney was extremely responsive to our desires and needs in finding vehicles that matched our wishes. Cary was also understanding of our financial concerns as the vehicle we purchased yesterday was the second new vehicle we had purchased in the last two months. Cary was extremely well focused to our needs as he led us through the process of selecting another new CR-V. FacebookGreat buying experience but the service department is a total scam. I was told things were covered when I bought a "certified pre owned" and then told safety issues weren't covered. After having my car an entire day. Typical bait and switch you would expect from a mom and pop dealership. There are lots of Honda dealerships to shop from. Just don't shop here.

FacebookEvery employee at Crown Honda is positive and happy. There is no hard sell push at all. Enver Bekric was my Sales Consultant. Awards line his office and there’s a reason for that. He’s gifted at his job. I found this process fun after months of anxiety dreading buying a pre-owned vehicle. Enver sat down with me and listened to what I needed including my price point. He was respectful and never tried to steer me towards a vehicle that I couldn’t afford. Much to my shock and utter surprise he put me in a Honda CR-V EX right at my budget and this car is loaded with every feature that I dreamed of. I am in car love. I got an excellent trade in value for my 19 year old Cherokee. I was given a CarFax along with a thick pages long service checklist from Crown. They examine these cars before putting them up for sale. 100,000 mile or lifetime limited warranty along with optional warranties at the end of the sales process. Enver is the guy you need to work with. His reputation is unmatched. Even if you work with another consultant at Crown you will be taken care of. However why not work with the best? He’s easy to talk to, no BS, and he takes pride in what he does. I love love love my car. It is my favorite car of my lifetime but I did enjoy the brand new Civic I purchased in the 1990’s too. Huge thanks to everyone at Crown. I will never forget that you helped this senior, single, widow buy a car without a man and make it easy and fun. Enver I consider you a friend for life.

He kept in touch with me during my search and was also great with my elderly father who wanted to join me on my car search. He was personable, not pushy, patient, and I would definitely look to do business with him again! FacebookWe bought our 5th vehicle off Tia Harr and Mike Tan this week at Crown Honda. We are so pleased with Tia and Mike, their customer service is the most exceptional I have ever experienced. They are so easy going and do whatever they can to keep the process low key with minimal stress. I have even looked into buying a brand different than Honda but always end up back here because of Tia and Mike. Honda is a great product, but it is really the people I am buying the car from. We bought two of the vehicles from them through text and did all the paperwork over e-mail with Docusign. I just stopped in to drop my trade and pick up my new car. We did not have to spend much time at the dealership. Another great experience with Tia and Mike so thank you to Crown Honda for making sure such quality people stay employed working there. A big thank you to Tia and Mike! We will see you again when we are ready to trade our other Honda in a couple years.

FacebookTook our car in for service and could not have been more pleased. From the moment we met our service rep Gary Philips until he gave us back our completely serviced car. Gary was friendly, knowledgeable but most important to us, he was a happy person. Some days it feels as though our entire country as gone into a state of anger and depression. Having someone like Gary to work with was a breathe of fresh air and left us feeling comfortable and confident. I realize it can feel like just another day, just another customer, bla, bla, bla; but for us the client, it's an important experience because we are trusting you with our 2nd most expensive possession. Gary gets that and we thank him for it.

FacebookCrown Honda is awesome! I recently bought my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid from there. I was browsing vehicles but I was in no immediate rush to buy. I went to Crown simply to test drive the new vehicle. Joseph Sutnick ("Joey") provided excellent service in showing me the different trims, and having me test drive the vehicle. Since I wanted to visit a few other dealerships and test drive other vehicles (ex. Toyota), I didn't feel like I was ready to go in the dealership and spend a long time discussing finances etc. Joey wasn't pushy at all like other dealers are; all he did was ask for any contact info so he can send me more info about the car and if i was interested, take care of all the negotiating ONLINE without having to step in the dealership. That was awesome! I went home that weekend, I opened the link, it showed me the vehicle with the OUT THE DOOR price on whatever trim I wanted, and any questions I had I could text him. Since everything was transparent and I feel like I could trust Joey, we went over everything online, and even decided on the trade-in value of my current car online as well. Unexpectedly, 3 days later I found myself in the dealership and within 30mins Ieft very happy with my new car, and no last minute tricks were made to try to add more costs. Long story short, Joey was awesome and so was the staff at Crown Honda, and they made my car purchase EASY and hassle free! I was worried about spending hours in a dealership like i had done in the past, but i cant highly recommend Crown Honda enough! I look forward to getting my car serviced there!
