Horrible experience. I've tried a couple of times to buy a car from this place. I was there for 10 minutes and they turned me down. I mean you could have done that over the phone. They had incorrect information about me. I told them the correct information they still didn't believe me. BUT I had documents with the correct information!! And after they were corrected they still were not "for me". Like they didn't want to sell me a car at all. I'll never go there in history! I'll tell any and everyone never to go there! Ive had 3 honda and 3 Acura in my life. Never have I ever been treated like those people treated me.

If you're looking for an honest, stress-free car buying experience, go see Frank Lovett at Crown Honda in Pinellas Park. My family and I drove all the way from Orlando because Frank gave us the best deal anywhere in the area, and he delivered on every promise. We were buying a brand-new Honda Pilot EX-L for my wife, and as the saying goes, "Happy wife, happy life!" Frank made sure we accomplished both. From our very first conversation, he was upfront, transparent, and never played any games--something that's incredibly refreshing when shopping for a car. Before making the drive, I even spoke with General Sales Manager John Acosta, who personally assured me that the offer we received over the phone would be exactly what we'd see when we arrived. They kept their word 100%, and that level of integrity is hard to find these days. I also have to recognize Isabel Rojas in Finance. You always hear stories about having a great salesperson, only for the finance manager to ruin the experience with high-pressure sales tactics. That couldn't have been further from our experience. Isabel was professional, friendly, and never once made us feel pressured. She only discussed products that genuinely made sense and could benefit us as the customer. It was obvious she cared about helping us make informed decisions, not just selling extras. From the moment I requested information online, the communication was outstanding. Beware of "shop fees" that will be added to your bill at the end; know in advance they charge extra if you use a credit card, check all your fluids before you leave. They noted "fluids" as green (satisfactory) only to get home and check them myself and coolant was way below "Min." Also, when I got my car back it smelled inside like they serviced it inside a painting booth.

I have a review on here already, but I would like to semi-change my review, due to the fact that the dealership called me to let me know that they are sorry this took place, but machines aren't always accurate when checking the boxes on the car windshield and the colors can go from green, to red within 5000 miles of wear and tear on the brakes and rotors. But I am no mechanic.

Matt Gordon has been calling me despite me telling him I got work done elsewhere kept trying to call me about my charger which had nothing to do with the problem after telling him not to call me anymore he called me 3 more times saying "we must of got disconnected" HE MUST BE DRUNK. fully knowing I told him not to call me about this anymore . Weirdos over at crown Honda don't go there. If you see Thomas at service just leave he will likely tell you to go to another shop to get work done I came here for warranty work they said I myself broke into my car usb panel area which I never have then they said it was another Honda that did it or take 5 oil change that broke it take 5 oil change doesn't even go in your car and the cherry on top is they said not using a iPhone charger from Apple caused the panel where I plug my phone into to come off it for sure was Apple brand and that shouldn't make the panel come off that seems like a defect if a charger made the panel come off regardless of what charger it was is irrelevant they just make up bs here don't come here for anything my usb was also hard to plug in after coming here that area was more damaged then when I came was just a clip now my usb port got messed up from them at least fixed now done somewhere professional. Anyone would be frustrated if they are lied to by a dealership and got there car damaged they couldn't handle me dropping some F bombs saying "I won't be talked to like this" have you seen Gordon Ramsey it's frustrating when professionals don't do what they should in there field well I won't be gas lit into saying me or take 5 or another Honda caused damage to my car or a cable caused it it's all bs do the warranty work and be done with it how it should be. DONT COME HERE!

I purchased my second CRV at this Honda instead of the one in Clearwater that place is terrible. It has been serviced there a couple times but yesterday beats all. My other half went online and put in the wrong date to be serviced and it really needed the AC taken care of due to my daughter with a disability. They fit me in and also helped me by seat covers cuz I have been trying cuz I have leather seats and been looking everywhere and bingo there they were nice comfy seat covers because I have all around airbags so they're not easy to find and they also install them for me and now my vehicle is ready to pick up. I'm so happy the ladies in the department in there along with Thomas who was my person to deal with me lol and my issues and I even told them they can keep it until the next day if needed being that they took me right away. I have never dealt with more pleasant service people in my life. And I was advised to never buy their bumper to bumper warranty but I did and it has helped me twice already so I'm so glad I spent that money. If you're looking for a really good Honda dealer and the best service people ever this is where you need to go. Thank you all so very much.

Another review had the same thing happen to them a month ago: They deliberately unscrewed several of the tire wheel lug bolts (a couple were missing) so that you would come back the next day after an oil change here thinking there was something wrong with the car and they quoted $2700 to fix it. There is nothing wrong with the vehicle before the oil change. As we left from the oil change, not too far away, the car felt a little wobbly like the tires were going to come off. It was kind of very scary, we had to pull over almost got into a car accident. We went to get a second quote elsewhere the auto body place at the second quote noted that there would be no reason for the lug bolts to be this loose & even couple missing and they asked us where we had our last car service and we told them it was at Crown Honda for oil change. Which they confirm Crown has shady business practices to gauge money out of their customers. This really confirms this place is an extremely shady place. The trauma thinking something was severely wrong with the vehicle. We were very scared. We will never be bringing a vehicle there ever again OR to any Crown owned dealership. We will never bring them to a CROWN dealership ever again. Once we got the lug bolts tightened at the 2nd auto-body place where we got the second quote there has been no issues with the car so this proves that Crown Honda is extremely a very shady place. All the car needed was lug bolts tightened, and a couple new ones put on because there were two randomly missing after we left for an oil change at this very shady Crown dealership. The second place only charged us for the two lug bolts that were missing. Not $2700. BEWARE. SCAM ARTISTS WORK HERE.

I'm very happy with my service at Crown Honda. Michelle Dessert is always super communicative throughout the process. Most of the time my service takes just a few hours so I work from one of their work stations (and drink a bunch of their coffee) or I've also walked to the Walmart next store to get a few errands out of the way. One of the service advisors even helped me empty my cart into my trunk and then walked the cart back to Walmart for me. Once they actually rented me a car when my service was going to take a full day. I always feel well taken care of here.

Great place to buy a car. Just don't get it serviced here. I paid extra for certified pre owned only to find out the warranty doesn't cover safety issues. I brought my car in and Zach said it was covered but it was too busy to do that day but made an appointment and after having my car the entire day, Damaira told me it wasn't covered and would cost me over a thousand dollars. The the service manager Matthew said he tried to resolve it but I waited too long (2 weeks. And 2 hurricanes) The service department is a total scam and the dealership clearly makes it's money on ripping people off in the service department. I would recommend going to a Kia dealership before going here. They are dishonest.
