I was very impressed with crowns service and how polite everybody was. They were all very professional. I'm not used to that and buying a car. And the salesperson Jack Nash he was the nicest young guy and patient guy you'd ever meet. Made it much easier to buy a car. It's not the best thing to be doing and he made it much easier

I brought in my car for a small. part replacement on the handle of the door and was just so surprised how Cassandra handled this so efficiently. She called when the part was ready, brought the car back, and within five minutes was on my way. Very impressed.

The service department should be called bad service department. Dropped car off on Monday. It’s Friday and. Don’t have a single update. Car is under 60k miles and purchased extended warranty. This is my first car purchase and they are about to lose a customer for life. Poor service.

Chris was fantastic and helpful. I arrived before he did that morning and the person who initially helped me was to put it bluntly a jerk. Once Chris arrived he was helpful, answered my questions and since the main issue was under warranty got me a loaner car. My air conditioner condenser and radio screen were under warranty and replaced for free . I also had an oil change , and the tire rotation package done which was quite reasonable. I will definitely be back for the other maintenance they reccomend.
