I brought in my car for a small. part replacement on the handle of the door and was just so surprised how Cassandra handled this so efficiently. She called when the part was ready, brought the car back, and within five minutes was on my way. Very impressed.

The service department should be called bad service department. Dropped car off on Monday. It's Friday and I do not have one single update. Car is under 60K miles and purchased the extended warranty. This is my first car and they are about to lose a customer for life. Poor service!

My service advisor kept me informed of what was being done when it was being done and when it would be done. They even offered me a ride to come back to the dealership to pick it up. Chris was fantastic and helpful. I arrived before he did that morning and the person who initially helped me was to put it bluntly a jerk. Once Chris arrived he was helpful, answered my questions and since the main issue was under warranty got me a loaner car. My air conditioner condenser and radio screen were under warranty and replaced for free . I also had an oil change , and the tire rotation package done which was quite reasonable. I will definitely be back for the other maintenance they reccomend.

"Had an outstanding experience working with the team starting at Crown Buick GMC ending up at Crown Hyundai. Lawrence was accommodating and took me and my husband for a test drive with the Envista. Not fully convinced, I came back the next day and had different interests. He immediately made arrangements and had Ed take us over to Hyundai. I wanted to see 3 other vehicles on the lot before making a choice and he made the proper accommodations. In the end, I chose an X1. We did have them review the offer for our trade in and they met our expectation. James Hammang in sales and the finance manager handled our business from then on. From start to finish, the process was quick and completely hassle-free. No high-pressure sales tactics—just straight answers, great communication, and a very smooth finance and delivery process. The showroom and waiting areas were clean, and the staff made sure my vehicle was spotless before I drove off. I brought my car back to finish the ceramic coating. It got my car back in a couple of hours and they re-detailed the inside as well. Definitely recommend them if you're shopping for a new or pre-owned vehicle in the St. Pete area!

Thom Burkart was one of four people in service at Crown that gave me good service on my most recent visit. The others, the service manager Chris Sanborn, another service writer named August, and the man who picked up and returned my car Steven, were similarly professional and helpful. I have absolute no complains with Crown and their team. Occasionally I have been confused -- or worse -- by the communication apparently instituted by Hyundai / Genesis to keep in touch with or aid their customers. It is needlessly complex, repetitive, and often incorrect. Also, the parts fulfillment from their warehouse seems unusually inaccurate -- it twice delivered the wrong part to replace a piece of trim for my car. But I have a free loaner for the six days it took to get things right, so I have no complaint there. I have been a very satisfied customer of the Crown service department since 2009 and remain so. Apparently, I should add to my previous review here. I was totally satisfied with the pickup, serving, and return of my Genesis 80 by Crown. Steven did the pick up and return. The service manager, Chris Sanborn, arranged the appointment. I did have a problem contacting Tomm Burkart in service to schedule the appointment, but all went perfectly well once I got the appointment made. In addition to regular, prepaid serve, the dealership performed the recall that I had been notified about a month ago. I remain totally satisfied with the service department at Crown Genesis, as well as with my car itself. THIS IS AN UPDATE TO THE ABOVE. I recently took delivery of a new 2024 G80. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. (It was my fourth Genesis in a row bought from Crown Genesis and I remain quite satisfied with the sales and service department. I would single out Ryan Murray, the service manager who has most recently been going out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. RG Walker This is an update to the reviews above. I recently had my two-year service for the 2025 G80 that I bought in Oct. 2024. Drake Alexander was the service rep who handled everything and did it very well. I felt like when my car was returned to me, it was a brand-new vehicle. I remain very happy with the service and sales help I have received from Crown Genesis since I bought my first G80 in 2009. Giving Crown Hyundai Five stars isn’t enough! This will be one of the six vehicles we have purchased from the Crown dealerships and three of them being from Crown Hyundai.
