My Hyundai radio crapped out and it took 3 months for them to get a replacement. Scheduled first AM appointment 7:30am, and they kept me 2.5 hours before they informed me they hadn’t even started the repair!!!!! They then got me an Uber out!!!! The repair still isn’t completed!!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! Do NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP !!!!! Got to office and phoned the GM: Jay Biggerstaff Jr., but was sent to his voicemail where I left a message. Within an hour, someone else returned my call, Mr GM Biggerstaff was too busy. 1:55pm Still no vehicle!!!! Missed my business lunch - Sad situation when this is your Local Hyundai dealership

Was getting car serviced and while waiting we toured the lot to see if we could find vehicle we liked. We were met by a pleasant sales rep, Justin Hollowan, who offered to help. We found a vehicle we were interested in and test drove vehicle. Justin never pressured us and he provided info that would help us make a decision. Never any pressure which we were thankful for. I recently purchased a certified used 2020 Hyundai Tucson from Crown Hyundai. I experienced a problem backing up cold and wanted to have it checked out. Also I had a slow leak in the right rear tire. Jarett Ziemak my service rep address both of these issues for me. I also got to meet Ryan Murray the service manager. Service reset my adaptation values In my transmission and Jarett with the service manager fix my tire issue beyond my expectations. Definitely treating me honestly and fairly. I look forward to having all my service work done by hyundai service. Definitely, I will recommend Crown Hyunbai to all my friends and family. In june 22 2026 my 2020 Hyundai Tucson was having a problem with my air conditioning. It was a intermittent problem. It is now out of warranty. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle A/C system. It was recommended to me to return back to the dealership and I was very glad that I did. Jarrett Ziemak, my service advisor came back with a diagnosis and estimate for me in a very short time. He said the evaporator temperature sensor was the problem and it was not that expensive for the part but the labor cost would be high because the dash needed to be removed and reinstalled to replace the evaporator temperature sensor. The work was done quickly. I picked it up and the A/C is cold and working fine for over a week now with no problems. I recommend this dealership where they have the equipment, knowledge and the honesty to repair your vehicle, right the first time. Thank you very much.

Was looking for a new vehicle and Crown Hyundai showed the one I wanted in stock. I do not live in the area and started negotiating through their website. Austin McWhorter contacted me by email. He was able to evaluate my trade and negotiate a deal by phone and email. I agreed and drove to Crown Hyundai. Austin was busy but Kenneth Sweet was able to do the test drive and confirm the price. Handed over to the Finance department and Mark Bowen handled the signing. I felt respected from all involved, did not feel pressure and was happy with the transaction and the Hyundai I drove home.
