In August I traveled to help our daughter purchase a car. We showed up out of the blue and Eric Valladares met us. He spent hours letting her test drive cars and found a safe reliable Hyundai Elantra in her price range with very low mileage. He was friendly , kind and patient. We met with the finance team where John Lübke guided her through the entire process and was also very helpful while I asked a million questions Months later after someone plowed through red light and hit our daughter and totaled her car we did not hesitate to call Eric and the team at Crown. Round two Eric was immediately on it along with Jack Nash. Found her a Hyundai venue in her price range and again John in finance helped. The experience with Crown is overall excellent!!!! I would highly recommend their team.

I recently purchased my second car with Eric and Jack from crown Hyundai. They took their time, helped me find car in my price range. They were very patient and guided me in a great direction. I chose a Hyundai venue and could not be happier The entire team Eric Valladares, Jack Nash and the finance manager John Luebke went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Glen and everybody at Crown Hyundai was extremely easy to work with. We went in and test drove a vehicle and Glen presented all the features and options. We went through our wants and needs and was NO pressure at all. We ended up shopping around and couldn’t beat their first offer they presented to us. If I could give zero stars I would!! Waited 3 weeks just to get a diagnostic service appointment and, upon arrival, was informed they would need to keep my car for two weeks before it was even looked at!! This is not normal. The service rep wasn't even kind about it. Will never do business with this company!
