Customer service is terrible they charged me $300 said they put some Freon in my Ac but as soon as I left the lot it was blowing hot air! It was worse after I brought it in. Than want to charge me $3000.00 to fix the Ac. Than after I paid my car wasn't even ready for me at the front. and it took awhile to get someone to help very very disappointed.

All the work was done well and fast.
I felt that it was time for new brakes and had settled in for a long wait for the completion of the servicing. Only about one-half of that time had passed when they came and told me my car was ready. They said my brakes were fine. Many places would have replaced the brakes any way.
They replaced my engine, or at least said they did, but it's not reflected on my carfax.

If I could give a zero star I would. I had appt at 10 and was told hour and half wait which was only an hour when I made appt. After an hour and half I asked about my car and they couldn't find it until many calls were made and then found out they hadn't even started on it!!!! I told them to bring my car to me and I left as I didn't have another hour and half to wait! Poor customer service!!!!

Didn't fix the issue, left my family stranded the first time with no loaner and had my car for a week, came back because issue wasn't fixed. They kept my car for 2 weeks, did a "software update" and now my gas mileage has tanked by 6 mpg. And didn't fix the issue.

After picking up my vehicle April 24, to say I am upset is an understatement. I dropped off my vehicle, March 18th to fix 3 out of 4 recalls and an oil leak on my 2021 White palisade. Picked it up today, April 24. And my vehicle has more issues than it had before. The paint job has debris in all panels that were painted. A door accessory was not reinstalled properly, to the point I could end up losing it while driving. My moon roof cover will no longer close. The door seal was not reinstalled. They did not check the area of concern for the oil leak. My passenger seat belt no longer works at all. And they make you sign your paperwork before you even see your vehicle, so you have no choice but to return the loaner vehicle. Then I will have to waste more time going back to the dealership, when they may have another loaner available, and pray they fix it right the next time and not cause anymore new issues.
