Was ready to buy the car that day, but salesperson told me it wasn't certified and wanted an additional S1299. When you search certified cars on dealer's website, this car comes up immediately, plus your Carfax report also stated it was certified. Since you get info from the dealer and this car was purchased, serviced, and now being sold by dealer, Carfax should have had correct info. Also, car dealer price was listed as "all dealer fees included", but then they wanted another $699 for doc fees.

Car was a way overpriced for the condition. Rims total road rash. Both sides of bumper hit, paint issues. Scratch on hood and light scratches all over hood. Tried to make deal eventually dis but figures if this was there "white glove treatment " the dealership wasn't worth it and too far away if or should I say when the car had a problem.

Didn't realize that the dealership is located in Hartford, CT. Since I live in MA, I had no way to get down to your dealership. I will say I was very disappointed as the car I was interested in checked ALL the boxes I was looking for. I even asked if the car could have been shipped up to a dealership near me on a flatbed truck, but was told "no". Sorry, no deal......

Vehicle went in for no start diagnosis. Dealer found bad cam sensor and timing issue. They asked for more diagnostic time. I agreed. They found bad connecting rod cylinder number 2. They replaced the Long block from Hyundai. Venroy the service writer was awesome.

The service is poor to say the least. Other than the service manager, the service team at the front desk are totally inept. They lack knowledge, are unprofessional and possess a rude tone. Clearly they were not properly trained on customer service. Their follow up is lacking and when trying to reach someone for status, calls are never returned. It has been over a month now waiting on a part that was "back ordered" with no word on progress. We continue to leave messages with no response.
