Replaced a midpoint heat shield and it has 3 studs to hold it on When they replace it they broke one off Never told me, Never Replaced it,Never fixed it Right Maybe because I was a Out of Towner Driving back 4 hours to home and probably never see me again Check it before you leave Would Never Trust Them

Brought my truck in with a noise in the rear wheel when in reverse, thought maybe a stone caught between the rotor and dust cover. Without even removing the wheel they told me both rotors were delaminated and rear rotors and brakes needed to be replaced at $800, this is on a truck with 10k miles !!! I refused the service and was still charged $180. just to have it put on the lift and looked at without removing anything. They said this was a maintenance item and was not covered under warranty, even though the service manager said it could be caused by a caliper sticking. He laughed it off saying it's because I don't drive it enough... I called Nissan Corporate, and for three weeks the tried getting Lia Nissan to replace the rotors and pads as a "good faith" repair. They refused to do this !!! I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Lia Nissan !!! Once you are out the door and they have your money, they could care less about you as the customer, terrible way to do business. I was in the market for another new car for my sister at this time, guess what she didn't buy !!!

Our sales rep. - Vinny Maccaruto - was very helpful and accommodating. He even came in on his day off to help. There are some issues with the vehicle that are being addressed with the managers {tires and dent}. Hopefully everything will be resolved. I have a bad front sensor. They advised that the car was backed into in a parking lot and it damaged the sensor. I took it to a body shop for an estimate. The damage is from an accident prior to my purchase that was not disclosed to me prior to purchase.

Negative stars review. After months of car trouble, paying for diagnostics twice for them to tell me they couldn't find anything, I now have no vehicle. Transmission dropped. 7 yrs of business to end like this, I most definitely will NOT purchase a vehicle here. The customer service is downright foul. System won't allow zero stars. I do not give a single star.
