Our family has been buying cars from Nissan for over 30 years. The service department at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls is the best one weve been to. Aaron and their whole service team are so great to work with. Now, when we purchase our vehicles, we purposely buy the extended warranty for the duration of our lease and purchases (48,000 miles or for 100,000 miles when we buy), specifically because we dont want to go anywhere else to service our vehicles! We love how they do business whether doing everything right the first time or quickly correcting something (on the rare occasion) that did not go right! Everything from the time I pull into their beautiful service bay, having a service advisor ready and waiting for me, accurate quotes, quality work that I dont have to worry about, having my car ready when promised, and even freshly washed for me to pick up! This is why we keep going back. I especially love that Aaron gives us updates along the way which is also very convenient in helping us schedule our pick up times. Thanks, Aaron & team!
