DealerRaterI purchased a used 2018 Ford Explorer from this dealership, and it has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business. Within a week of bringing the vehicle home, I noticed coolant loss and a strong odor. After waiting two weeks for serviceand having to repeatedly call for updatesit was diagnosed as a bad water pump. For a vehicle that was just sold, that delay alone was concerning. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. Since then, the vehicle has been back multiple times for the same issue, often sitting for days without being touched. Communication from the service department was almost nonexistent unless I called first, and even then I was often told to call back later. I was never provided documentation for the repairs performed, despite asking. The treatment from the service advisor, Erin, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. At one point, I was told my vehicle was out there somewhere when I came to pick it up. After five weeks of ownership, I had only had the car in my possession for about ten daysthe rest of the time it was in their shop. To make matters worse, I was later charged for a loaner vehicle I did not request and still have not had my deposit returned. When I called to address this, I was met with more confusion and dismissive responses. The only positive part of this experience was the service manager, who reached out, took ownership, and treated me with respect. Unfortunately, his efforts were undone by the continued failures of the rest of the team. I made multiple attempts to speak with the general manager and was never able to get a call back. That lack of accountability speaks volumes. Overall, this dealership failed at every levelsales, service, and customer care. I gave them multiple chances to make things right, but the experience only got worse each time. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

DealerRaterI recently traded in my 2017 Land Rover for a 2023 Nissan Rogue and couldnt be happier! My salesperson Kyle Swan and the finance manager did an incredible job. I have mediocre credit and they never treated me less than. They were up front and extremely decent human beings to deal with. I will refer anyone I know to Lia Nissan of Glens Falls. If I ever need a new vehicle I will go back without hesitation. They did for me what McGovern Land Rover could not and did not do. Lia Nissan treated me with respect and gave me a very fair deal. I am beyond grateful for Kyle Swan and his finance manager! Thank you so very much!

DealerRaterI worked with Jennifer Hall in the service department. She was the consummate professional from my arrival to final pick up of my vehicle. Jennifer met me as I pulled my car in and started working her magic. She made sure all items were checked upon drop off and placed protective gear where needed all while maintaining a good conversation regarding me and my vehicle. She arranged transportation back to my work immediately and I was on my way. Jennifer kept me apprised of my cars status while in the shop via telephone and notified me when it was completed. Upon arrival to pick up my vehicle Jennifer explained all work done and the results of any tests performed. She escorted me to the cashier office also. Jennifer Hall was great to work with and a real asset to the Lia Nissan team. They are very lucky to have her on staff. Thank you Jennifer for a great experience!
