Scheduled an appointment online for a 2:30 oil change. Showed up just before 2:30, and as I pulled into the express lane, the man in front of me hadn't pulled forward all the way. Once he realized he needed to move up further, he got into his vehicle to move it. Meanwhile, the gate that opens as you approach it began closing on my truck and began opening and closing and slamming down on the back of the truck bed. In an effort to not do damage to my vehicle, I didn't move it, as moving it would have caused it to scrape and I didn't want it to do damage. Unfortunately, no service workers were at the service desks, so it continually slammed on the back of the truck bed until somebody came out. Once the man came out, he sarcastically was like, "What's happening out here?". When I explained that I was waiting for the vehicle to move up, he just told me to go inside. Not one manager spoke to me about my vehicle, although there are small scratches on it now. Then I waited an entire hour for my oil change to be done. Ended up paying full price. This was expected, but I thought maybe a manager would at least speak to me and apologize for the door slamming down on my vehicle multiple times and scratching it. Then when I went to get in my vehicle, I realized it was dripping wet because they gave it a car wash. I had a treadmill in the truck bed, which the man knew about because he had just been looking at the back with me after the door slammed down on it. Now the treadmill no longer works. I didn't ask for a car wash, I asked for an oil change. I did ask for rags and the man ran to grab some which was appreciated but all in all this doesn't make me ever want to return. Overall I will choose a different dealership next time to get service done.

Since we were traveling from Syracuse, it was especially important for us to have a quick, easy, and smooth process, and everything was absolutely flawless. Stephanie went above and beyond for us. She took the time to walk us through everything, including how to use the Nissan app, setting up our phones, connecting Apple CarPlay, and making sure we understood all the features before we left. We are extremely happy with Stephanie and the entire team at Lia Nissan of Glens Falls. This is exactly why we continue coming back even though we live in the Syracuse area. We took our Nissan Rogue in for its first 5000 mile check-up. The premises were spotless and the employees friendly and helpful. Although we had to wait two hours (due to a situation beyond Aaron Boule's control) I was extremely pleased with experience, especially as it was one of two free oil changes that came with the purchase of the car.
