I did not expect to have to leave my car for a full day to complete a recall repair. I dropped it off the night before and was told I had an 8 am appointment to add a protective cover to the undercarraige to prevent corrosion. I was notified at 4 PM the next day that my car was ready for pick up.

I did not like that the service advisor called my cellphone with additional service needed and when the car was ready. I was in the waiting room. I feel she should of come to speak to me. They also did not wash my car. I'm not sure if tire rotation was done.

She told me it was important to bring the car back before the odometer hit 25,001 miles to get my last free service. (And the Due Date as well) The tires were actually rotated during this service. It would be nice if they provided a copy of the Multi Point Inspection.

Ralph Russo, the Asst. Service Mgr. came to my 2022 RAV4 when I entered the service bay and greeted me. Upon listening to me about my difficulty with the driver's 6-way power seat, he explained the needed repair was beyond the 3 year maintenance agreement for the lease. I explained that at my December 2024 visit that an issue with the power seat was acknowledged but never acted upon. I had run into a medical problem around that time (suffered a stroke) and could not personally follow up. Ralph said he would do what he could. He later thanked me for my being a Military Veteran, and exclaimed that Toyota, upon noticing that my third-time lease history vehicle mileage of this 2022 RAV4 was only 6832 miles, offered to cover the repair under their Customer Goodwill Policy. I thought the gesture to be extremely reasonable and respectful. I sincerely thank Ralph for his attention and efforts in this matter!

I took the vehicle to Lia and told them exactly what had been done beforehand. They diagnosed it and said the total amount for the job would be 3900.00. I was shocked! I tried talking to the rep about bringing it down to no avail. I said I could not pay that amount and would pick up the car and the rep said it would be 225.00 for the diagnostic. The rep did not mention that this price would include taxes. I was stunned. I tried pleading that I was not told about there being tax added to the diagnostic fee? No one could answer my question. I asked for a manager to see if they would help sort this out, one could not be found. I begrudgingly paid the 244.00 and was very upset that someone did not help out when a customer picking up their vehicle was not helped out with this matter.

It went well as always, been going to them for about 6 years and enjoy their services. The service rep I tend to enjoy the most is Cody. He looks for all the promotional deals to reduce the final cost of service and does not pressure you to pay for services that aren't a need. He prioritizes the much needed services meanwhile keeping in mind the cost for everything which puts me at ease which allows me to prepare and organize my financial spending and needs for the moment. As a whole, everyone there is amazing and would recommend their team for service from an original manufacturer service provider.
