The Service Dept handled the alignment and balancing of the tires to alleviate the steering wheel shaking at 60mph. There was some confusion about rotating tires and changing the oil at 15,000 miles ( 5K intervals versus 10k ). However, Ralph Russo and Sergio Lucero were able to sort it out for me. Toyota recommends oil changes at 5K , 10k and then 20k. 10k between oil changes seems excessive as I drive in bumper to bumper traffic and on-construction sites. The car was washed which is a nice touch, Thank You

I went in for the 15k service (rotation and inspection) and never received a multi-point inspection, despite being told it was performed: 1) No printout of the multi-point inspection report was provided, so I had to ask for an electronic copy to be sent [this should be done automatically, even if they’re going paperless] 2) The report stated 12/32 for all tires and 12mm brake lining, which is false as I just measured the tires recently [it’s not a brand-new vehicle with new tires/brakes) 3) When I told the service advisor (Cody McCarthy) the inspection wasn’t done, he got defensive and claimed he only “inputted the numbers,” taking no ownership of the problem. He didn’t take my comment seriously, saying it’s a fairly new car. I told him let’s go out and check the tires together and he said he couldn’t do that. I had to ask for a manager (Tom) to discuss my concerns with the technicians’ work (Jonathan Palacios); Tom offered to re-do the entire inspection if I was willing to wait, but I didn’t, so I told him just to check my tire depth to prove the tech never did it (7/32) which was confirmed. 4) My tires were also under-inflated (33 psi) leaving the dealership, which I had to drive back, and Tom confirmed and fixed.

He was very patient and made sure that I was familiar with the key functions of the car and comfortable driving out of the dealership. His parting words were "don't hesitate to call me or come back if you have any questions" and he meant it. I also want to give a shout out to Chase Cimorelli and his staff in the Service Dept for their help. I know I will be well taken care of by Joseph and his co-workers on my future visits.

This is our third lease at Lia of Rockland. We were extremely happy with our first lease of a 2017 Camry, not thrilled with our second lease of a 2020 Camry (we had considered going elsewhere for future cars), but were drawn back to Lia with the latest lease of a 2022 Rav4. My wife had brought our 2020 Camry in for service, and while she waited she wandered into the sales dept. to see what was available.
