Even after the sale, Joseph took the time to help me register a new EZ-Pass tag for my car and to hook up my phone to the car. Clearly explained and efficiently done Very accommodating in an emergent situation. I have l lost brakes and suffered damaged tires and been able to get immediate service. They clearly explain their diagnosis of auto needs and what could wait and what should be dealt with… immediately. Up front calculations of cost. You can wait while repairs are done or be taken home and picked up if repairs are lengthy. My most recent service was efficiently handled by technician Ralph Russo. Completely satisfied with service.

A Seamless Service Expert Johnathan Nin was my service associate. He explained what Lia would do to remedy my problem. I had already had an excellent experience with an emergency roadside repair of my tire blow out. Jonathan ascertained that a replacement would be needed and that it had been ordered. He gave me a reaIistic time of arrival. I was offered the choice of waiting at Lia, which has a number of excellent amenities, or going home on the spare and returning when the replacement arrived. I chose the latter. Johnathan Nin texted when he got the tire and I returned. The replacement was installed promptly. He explained what my coverage was on my warranty and what I should watch for in driving. He was polite, patient and thorough. I was fully satisfied.
