Yesterday my husband and I swung by Crown to look at a couple of Jeeps we had seen online. Our experience working with Quashawn was absolutely phenomenal!! For awhile, we were torn between the 2 Jeeps we had been looking at, however, he didn’t rush us. Any question we had, he made sure to answer. His customer skills were top notch!! In the end, we drove home in a 2026 Jeep Wrangler and we absolutely love it!! I just wanted to thank Quashawn ‘Q’ and all of the managers and staff for another awesome experience!! P.S. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a used 23 sierra from them. When i seen it in person before purchase i was not going to buy but Virgil Edwards made the agreement with me they would have the necessary body work done so i agreed and purchased. It was the worst repair i have ever seen and Virgil Agreed to just settle with me and write me a check to have it fixed at a body shop of my choice. i have numerous emails back and forth with him giving every excuse why i have been paid yet. well its been a year and still no payment. Next stop is my attorneys office. Do yourself a favor and dont walk...RUNNN away from crown cars of chatt. There are dealerships out there that stand by what they say, have integrity and a handshake means something more than pay day.

I visited the dealership today looking for a very specific vehicle that isn’t available yet. Even though I didn’t make a purchase today, Corbin was incredibly helpful. I would not recommend this dealership's service department based on my experience. While traveling through Tennessee, my Jeep experienced a serious issue where the check engine light came on and the vehicle entered limp mode in Chattanooga. Since the vehicle was under warranty, Jeep Corporate directed me to this dealership for repairs. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became frustrating and disappointing. The first issue was with the service documentation. My Jeep was at the dealership from Saturday until the following Sunday, a total of eight days. However, the invoice incorrectly reflected that my vehicle was dropped off and picked up within approximately 20 minutes. Because Jeep requires accurate service records for reimbursement, I was denied reimbursement for my rental vehicle expenses due to the incorrect information entered on the invoice. When I contacted the dealership afterward and asked for the error to be corrected, I was told they could not change it. That explanation was difficult to accept given that incorrect information had somehow been entered into the system in the first place. To make matters worse, the dealership did not provide a loaner vehicle, despite the repair being covered under warranty. I was forced to rent a vehicle from the airport at my own expense. When it was time to pick up my Jeep, I returned my rental at Enterprise and waited nearly an hour in the Tennessee heat for dealership transportation. I had to call the dealership operator multiple times before someone finally arrived. Because of the delay, I was left with only about 10 minutes before the service department closed to inspect the vehicle and review the repairs. During that brief inspection, I immediately noticed multiple engine codes still present. I had to insist that these issues be addressed before attempting to continue my cross-country trip. After finally arriving home, my local Jeep dealer discovered that the codes had simply been cleared rather than properly diagnosed and repaired. In the end, I received none of the customer support I would expect during a warranty repair. I was not provided a loaner, I was inconvenienced by inaccurate service records that prevented reimbursement, and the repair itself appears to have been incomplete. Most disappointing of all, I left feeling that I was not treated fairly or ethically. As a woman traveling alone, I felt my concerns were dismissed throughout the process and that I did not receive the same level of service and respect that every customer deserves. I expected professionalism, accurate documentation, and quality warranty service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of those expectations.
