Quick drop in for wiper blades and repair Stopped in to get front and rear wiper blade replaced. Ryan Lawrence in service department was quick and professional to get me in and out. I also had an issue with my drivers side wiper mechanism traveling too far then not going back down… all the way. Ryan reminded me that if it was just wiper blades I needed, I could probably save some money buying them at an auto parts store, however, with the other issue they'd need to have a look to see if it could be remedied during a quick drop in stop. I know the rear wiper blades are sometimes hard to find so I went ahead and spent a little extra for the blades. They WERE able to fix the other issue while replacing the blades and I was back underway (in the rain) in a jiffy! Sometimes spending a little extra and getting a little extra in return is smart money in my book. Thanks Ryan and service staff for getting me in and out quickly.

I went to every car dealership from Knoxville to chattanooga. Crown dodge was last on my list. I was about to give up on buying due to all the drama lies n misleading advertising of prices from Other dealerships. I haven't car shopped since 2017. Boy did I get a surprise. After weeks of looking n some dealerships feeding me so much [non-permissible content removed] trying to sell me opposite of what I told them I was looking for,trying to convince me to buy an ugly gray,or black or white. After a few less than positive attempts at finding a used car, it was recommended to me to go talk to Stacy Mcneely at Crown Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram of Chattanooga. She was wonderful to deal with. She put me at ease and was very patient while I went through the process of deciding which car to purchase. She was very informative on each. Very knowledgeable. My situation was unique, as I doubt most customers walking into Crown's showroom are there to special order a car, and then wait three to four months for it to arrive. Yet, I can speak to my overall experience, even in the face of manufacturer delays and the challenges those can create for a deal. Trevor Turner was my first point of contact, and he did an excellent job of ensuring I was kept up to date, and carefully guided through the entire process. There may have been moments where I wasn't happy with a particular circumstance, but those were out of his control; yet, he did his best to find solutions and navigate any roadblocks that were in our way. I couldn't recommend working with Trevor more! I should also note that this was a group effort. Tara Stricklin and Will Spann helped tremendously as well. I really appreciate their time and attention; it made the final deal closing and delivery a breeze!
