What a terrible experience Ive had 2 weeks after buying a truck from this dealer. I purchased a CPO truck with 19k miles and brought it home to Texas and upon the first 1000 miles of ownership, I had to take it in to a local dealer for repairs. The CPO 3 month/3000 mile MAXIMUM coverage warranty ended up not covering most of the repairs and I was left with a $2200 bill. I asked the dealership to assist with some of the repair cost in good faith due to the timeline in relation to the purchase of the vehicle but was abruptly shut down by the rudest finance manager Ive ever dealt with. AVOID KENNY REAGAN. He called me to discuss the issue and abruptly told me I knew what I was buying, and that I should have done a better inspection of the truck before buying it (how was I supposed to know the evaporator core wasnt clean? Or the brake pad surfaces werent good? Or the back glass was misaligned?). He then threw my past vehicle experiences I shared with him in my face as a way to say I should have known better than to expect a dealer to assist with issues this shortly after buying a vehicle (they are the first dealer to act in bad faith as every other dealer I have ever bought a vehicle from has acted in good faith). He was all around the most condescending, rude, and arrogant dealer representative I have ever spoken with. Save yourself the headache and dont buy a car here unless you want to foot a repair bill 1000 miles after buying a vehicle from them. Photos of the truck and repair bills attached.

I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never had a finance person take advantage of my friend that has a low credit score and I didn't think that this situation was professional at all and if the previous finance person Tara was there I know for a fact this wouldn't have happened. As of now my family will never darken the doorstep of this dealership ever again. Y'all have lost my business. Shame on you people.

My Ram 3500 had a factory recall. I dropped my truck off and was not able to pick it until the next morning. They left it unlocked with the windows down all night with my tools in it. I know this cause I was there before they actually opened and my key was locked up inside. Then the technician that looked at my truck for the recall somehow forgot to put the bolts back in the brake caliper. That will certainly get your attention now service manager JASON is refusing to take any responsibility for the repairs. Do not take your automobiles here. This dealership is going to cost someone their life. Driving a 3500 is like driving a tank. This was not only dangerous for me and my family it was also dangerous for everyone else on the road. I have taken my truck to them for previous factory recalls and never had a problem until now. This is either a management or staffing issue and now I have hundreds of dollars in repairs and tow fees.

Made an appointment to have my car fixed, they were able to diagnose the problem and give me a quote on doing the repair all within the 48 hour window they gave me.

5 star experience from the sales department….1 star for service after. I went in to the service department for a known common issue that was confirmed by jeep’s customer service was a warranty item, I was told they don’t do it so I’d have to find another dealer to go does. There was no offer to assist in finding another dealer, just handed me Jeep’s customer service number and said hope it works out for you. If you purchase a vehicle here I’d highly recommend finding somewhere else for service.

I had my Ram 1500 in for a warranty repair this week and Service Consultant, Courtney, was amazing. She was engaged, informative and over all a joy to deal with. I was especially impressed that when I expressed concern that the repair might not get completed in one day she first tried to call the assigned technician, and when she couldn't reach him (or her?) she jumped out of her chair, ran to the shop, and talked to him face to face. She assured me the repair would be done that day, and it was. This the third time I've been at this dealership and while some of the events had issues with parts availability, the service staff has always been top notch.

Advertised a price on their website and when I went to purchase it, suddenly the price was “incorrect” by more than $18,000! They blamed it on a “computer” error, but the discount they had posted are MANUALLY entered by a PERSON, not a computer. So it was a PERSON who did it on purpose to get you in and then they REFUSE to honor the price!

I worked with Courtney in service and she is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with me to figure out the best solution. She's very friendly and is a great asset for the dealership. No one wants to have to bring their car in for repairs because it makes your life difficult, but having someone friendly to work with and someone you feel like is going to get you the answers you need, makes it a lot easier. Give me 5 minutes and I will get you a in a brand new car if you want. It. As he held up up to his word. Gabe and tomer was both wonderful in sales. Answered any and every question we had. Kenny in fiance did a outrageous job of expkainf all the paperwork. Making sure we understood everything. Weren't over everything in detail with us. Even offered to help us out on the extended warranty. Because I'm disabled. Made sure we would get the extended warranty later this year at a good deal. Got to meet Mr choo choo for a minute. That guy is the coolest !!!!. Cleaned the car up. Filled it completely with gas. Told us all about service. And the included maintenance. From start to finish top to bottom. I'm glad I didn't go to kiss now and went here. We bought a brand new jeep renegade Jeepster. And it is the coolest little vehicle. Don't listen to some of the reviews you see online from people who get paid to do these reviews. This little SUV is a spiffy little poot. Fast on acceleration. Driving takes some getting used to. Hey it's a jeep. Not a sports car. But you wont regret it if you go see these guys. They will do everything they can to help you out. I love Chattanooga choo choo !!!!!
