Very nice and funny customer service

Very, very, very slow. Compared with other service centers the customer care is poor. They'll treat your time like it's theirs and not apologize for the inconvenience. They took 17 days to fix my car, the actual repair time was around 6 hours. During my experience they blamed the 3 days between appointment and diagnosis on being busy and understaffed, explained that the appointments are simply an in-person confirmation of the online submission and don't relate to technician availability. (Isn't this pointless?) They created delays of entire days by failing to relay technician requests to me effectively. They made no offer of a courtesy vehicle even though my warranty repair qualified, I had to pursue this and had to negotiate the process with Chrysler customer care. Crown couldn't even be bothered to set up that call, I had to look up the number myself. They didn't do any of those nice little things you sometimes get like washing your car before returning it, or even topping up the fluids. I even had to ask to be collected rather than them offering, It really felt very complacent. Jason was my agent, reading through these other reviews I'd say my experience wasn't typical, I'd characterize his style as closer to the bare minimum than concierge.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Greg Bolton at Crown of Chattanooga. They were very good to deal with. I had a few issues with the vehicle shortly after taking possession of the vehicle but they took care of the issues for me with no hassle and Josh in service was very helpful with getting all the issues resolved and fixed. Would recommend if you’re looking for a new or used car

I decided to buy a truck last Saturday as I entered the dealer I came across Stacy McNeely. Despite the pouring rain She went on the lot and showed the trucks of interest. She was helpful and friendly checking the computer for trucks not available in their lot. Part of the sale at her suggestion included taking a 3500 Ram to a sister dealer in Cleveland. We found the truck I wanted after 3 test drives. I drove it back to town from Cleveland for the sale. She was one of the last in the store while I closed the deal. She came in on her off day to collect title and extra keys as well as going through the vehicle settings. We met yet again today to get bed liner sprayed in allowing me a loaner car. I will highly recommend Stacy as there was no pressure and a willingness to do what needed to be done to assist me with the purchase.

Tim was excellent, i swung by late after choosing my pick online and he decided to stay and get me a deal. Two days later he called me with a better price then when i left. Long story short: I got a cool truck for a good price, referred my friend and he got a chrisler for an even better one in less than a week. 10/10 RECCOMEND

Listened to my needs, gave me an estimate, was clear about the costs involved, and arranged for me to have a ride home. My car was seen the same day, repaired, and back to me by the next day! Had a tough situation with my Jeep, Tim worked with me to figure out a solution instead of just trying to sell me something. He was upfront about my options and didn't waste my time. The finance team was just as great, they took the time to walk me through my options and worked hard to get me into a reliable Subaru that actually fit my budget. I felt supported the whole way through. This was a stressful situation for me that turned into a great outcome, and I'm driving away happy and relieved. Highly recommend this sales team.

I have had 4 different service appointments over the past 2 years (under my maiden name, Baum). I have made appointments well in advance each time, and each time my car has been held hostage for multiple days. Now, there isn't even the possibility of a courtesy vehicle to use. They seem to always overbook their service appointments, and even claimed I never made an appointment (despite email confirmation). They are the only Jeep dealership in town and I'm still under warranty, so unfortunately I have to use them. The service is so bad that I am seriously considering not getting another Jeep for my next car, even though I love my current car. *Update* I was given an Enterprise rental car on Saturday, which I appreciate (I had to have my husband drive me to the dealership and talk to someone in person before this possibility was ever even mentioned). However, I called the service center SEVEN times today to check on the status of my car and the phone was answered once. A man told me I needed to speak with Tim, then transferred my call, which went to voicemail. I had already left 2 voicemails, which went unanswered, so I immediately called back to get to speak with the human who had miraculously just answered the phone. No one answered. I called the number for Mr. Botts (again, the appointment was made under my maiden name of Baum which is why there is "no record"), which he left below, and SHOCKINGLY, no one answered. I am in awe at the level of poor customer service. I had an appointment first thing on Friday morning, which I made over a month in advance. I was then told that I had no appointment, despite multiple email confirmations. It is now Monday evening, just before closing, and I doubt my car has even been looked at. What is going on over there?! On the plus side, I've used all this time waiting by my phone to check out other Google and Yelp reviews for Crown. When you have this many poor ratings for your service department that all mention the same problems, you might want to try to actually fix the problems. SECOND UPDATE: When I bought a new car 2 years ago, my experiences at this dealership caused me to not even consider buying a new Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler (and I had loved my previous Jeep)

I needed a new vehicle for my mother. I was on a budget and after dealing with shady car salesman for 2 months i finally ended up at Crown CDJR of Chattanooga! And let me tell you what, i could not be any more thankful for Terry ! He sold us a 2023 Volkswagen Taos , with only 22k miles on it. The car looked like it just rolled out of the factory! If you are looking for a vehicle make sure you call Crown CDJR of Chattanooga first and ask for Terry. He made the process smooth and it seemed like he really cares about you getting the best deal they have to offer. Our vehicle was at another location and he drove there to broker the deal in person to make sure the process was stress free as possible . He even personally went and filled up our gas tank for free before handing over the keys. I'm telling you don't waist your time and call Terry now ! you wont regret it !

I want to thank the teams, Service and Sales, at Chapman Chrysler Dodge and Jeep for their compassionate and professional care. My trip from Alabama to West Virginia should have been simple, but my truck battery light came on I started calling dealers to evaluate the issue. The first dealer was disinterested in my emergency, down right rude! I won't call them out but they have a Fishy name to go with that behavior! I rang Crown in Chattanooga, still not sure what to do, they listened and told me to come right in, "batteries are an Emergency no appointment necessary"! I drove the additional miles and upon arrival they greeted me and got to work analyzing the issue. It turned out that a part was needed and I had to leave the truck, by the way I was headed to take my friend for surgery and was pulling a trailer! They could tell I was very upset and worked with me for the best solution to get me to West Virginia to be with my friend and to get the truck back on the road. I was so upset. I contemplated trading the vehicle but of course that was not the right answer! Believe it or not even the GM got involved helped me to get their rate for a rental car while they work on my truck. This is Way beyond what anyone would or should expect from a dealership. I picked up the rental car drove back to the dealership. Attached my trailer to the truck. They took the trailer and stored it at their shop, assuring me all would be ok. I am truly grateful and amazed at the entire team and GMs care, concern and treatment! This is the kind of place that Chrysler should be proud of knowing that they represent the sale and service of the vehicles that they built! If you need a new car and live in Chattanooga, I truly suggest that you go and speak to this team and if you own a Dodge Chrysler Ram Jeep product, I suggest that you make this service department the one that cares for your vehicle.
