A simple oil change gone wrong! I brought my 2021 Ram ProMaster in for an oil change on August 26. The next day, while driving, the engine lost most of its oil and the Low Oil Pressure warning came on. I stopped immediately and had it towed in. Crown's own repair order records the cause: the oil filter was loose and leaking, and had "not originally been tightened all the way." Their technician tightened it, topped off the oil, and noted that he "cleaned off all the oil." The van was returned to me that afternoon. Twenty miles later, the same evening, the warning came on again. I photographed the engine that night — oil across the top of it, around the filter housing. I parked the van overnight, switched off. The next morning, in the same spot, there was a pool of oil on the pavement beneath it and a fresh run of oil down the clean transmission housing. I photographed that too. The van was towed to Crown a second time after they checked the pictures. Their written conclusion was that this was residual oil left over from the first leak. The abundance of oil all over the engine and beneath the van, as captured in my pictures, dispute that. I didn't ask for compensation or free service. I asked for one thing: a written commitment that Crown would stand behind the engine if damage from running without oil pressure showed up later. If it's true that the engine is fine, that commitment costs them nothing. I've sent several emails over two weeks with no reply. On September 1, I came to the dealership and waited about four hours to speak with the Service Manager. He never became available. I set a response deadline of September 10. It passed in silence. Josh, the service advisor, was courteous throughout and I want to say so. I don't hold the first mistake against the technician either — anyone can leave a filter loose, and it's fixable. What isn't fixable by itself is two weeks of no response and no one willing to take responsibility for either event. That's a choice, and it's made above both of them.

July 24th 2026 I bought a used Jeep cracked windshields and bolts were missing from the doors. Driver side speaker was also going in and out paid for the chromatic coating Was told that these would be on order so when I brought the vehicle back in a couple of weeks everything would be sitting here. Here it is September 9th. They've had the Jeep for a month Plus at this time the only thing that they have done is change the windshield. I have tried to contact service management left my number no call back and every time I call it goes to voicemail. Messages always seem to be full. I have tried to contact the general manager of the store on newmaras occasions with the same thing happening. Always going to voicemail and voicemail is full. This is the first in last time I will ever buy a vehicle from this store and I would advise you to reconsider if you're thinking about it

I purchased a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited form here in July 2026. they sold it to me as new it had a little over 6000 miles on it. So less than 3 weeks later the seal that runs around the sunroof came up in the front and was letting air whistle through. I pushed it back down so that I didn’t have to listen to it. took it in for rpair. Made the appointment for a Friday. Got there they didn’t have my appointment even booked. I called! got one excuse after another. ended up going to the GM and he got me a loaner car while they checked mine out.. They had it through the weekend so they did give me a loaner. they could never get it to duplicate the issue again. So no repair well here we are again with the same issue. I called this morning and I can bring it in and leave it with them again.. I called the service department and spoke to Courtney and she said I was welcome to bring my jeep in and leave it with them. I asked about a loaner and was told that the Sales person is who I would have to speak with. So I sent my salesman (FRANK) a text at a little after 9 AM EST. It is now 2:30 pm and still have no response from him. At this point I have been there trying to get my car fixed and am getting very little help from them. I dont know about the anyone else but I can‘t afford to get a rental every time I need a car repaired. I do live one and a half hours away so it makes it very difficult for me to just get family or friends to drop their life to run me back and forth to the dealer for repairs on a new car. After paying the amount of money they cost these days you would expect them to be in good repair at least for a couple of months.. I will not ever recommend Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

Why did I pay 1102.78 for a oil change and ignition coil which didn’t fix my Jeep I brought my Jeep in because I had engine light on and o2 sensor and running lean and multiple miss fires I thought it’s a Jeep so take it to Jeep place so it would be fixed right boy was I wrong they called said your Jeep is ready first mistake I paid before looking at Jeep got key started Jeep first thing I see engine light go get Jason service writer he scans Jeep same codes but he says ok to drive just have to bring it back I drove Jeep and it broke down on me I call leave messages no call back finally go up there since I gave a bad review on there poor service the service manger Jerry told me he is not doing nothing to reduce charge the Jeep was fixed his mechanic said he test drove it and I drove it off from there shop meanwhile had to pay someone else to fix my Jeep who said I didn’t even need ignition coil just o2 sensor do not use this service department
