I emailed the dealership and explained I had just moved to area from another state. Therefore I requested a loaner while they worked on my jeep and was told it wasn't a problem. After arriving and checking in with service department I was quickly told since I didn't by my jeep there then they wouldn't offer me a loaner car. I asked how I would get back to work and I was told I could call enterprise and rent me one. I mentioned to the service rep who I spoke with and I was told they weren't in service so I'd have to lease a car. I told them to cancel my service and left. I don't understand how an international company can not service its customer at any dealership around the country and take care of them properly. Worse service every!

I purchased a new Chrysler, and at only 4,600 miles the check engine light came on. When I first contacted the service department, I was told the vehicle would need to stay for at least 48 hours, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday. At that time, the dealership would not provide or pay for a rental vehicle. Now I have been informed that the repair will not be completed until at least the following Monday, turning what was originally presented as a two-day issue into an eight-day or longer wait. Despite the extended service time, there has still been no offer to provide or cover the cost of a rental vehicle. This has been a very disappointing experience with a nearly new vehicle and poor customer service. I would recommend that potential customers carefully consider this dealership before purchasing or servicing a vehicle here.
I went in not expecting to trade in my car but the salesman that helped me was truly awesome! Jonah Lewis was knowledgable, friendly and well spoken. highly recommend him!!!

Brought in my Promaster for some recalls last month. Courtney did an awesome job with communication. She kept us up to date on the Van's progress and went over the time frame to expect.
They lack customer service. Went in for an oil change and they couldn't complete the full service. For a dealership to say their compressor doesn't work. How are they suppose to sell tires if you can't inflate them.
I brought my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in on July 17th for an alignment and several warranty issues, including a faulty passenger seat massager, lumbar/bolster support, a malfunctioning driver assist feature, and a front bumper that kept popping out. The car wasn't assigned to a technician until July 21st, and I didn't receive a loaner until July 22nd -- after being told it was ready, only to find out it had a dead battery and needed to be replaced. After nearly two weeks in the shop, I picked up the car on August 1st. Before leaving, I noticed the seat massager still didn't work. A tech cleared a code, and that resolved the issue. However, on the way home, the driver assist system still showed "service required," and the bumper popped out again -- meaning two of the key issues were not fixed. Although staff were courteous, the delays, miscommunication, and unresolved repairs made for a frustrating experience.
Lee and the finance manager were the best thing at this dealership. they were beyond great and the GM took very good care of me when I first bought my truck but sadly this is where the fairy tail ends. Poor follow-up from other parties and failure to ensure equipment was up to par (general repairs were not made before equipment was sold) but when buying a used car one might expect a few issues but not issues that are as simple as non working sprayer nozzles, loose fender liner and non balanced tires (safety). These repairs should have been found during the promised 101 point inspection (might be more but ya def missed a few). Oh well, my luck. After that I tried to use the 7 day, 500 mile return policy and let's just say it's not as easy as described. Found my replacement vehicle but they refused to honor the listed price (sales manager/wont be named out of respect for sales man/GM) and once they were told of the deal posted they hurry and corrected the issue on the same day I asked for the deal. Little fishy ? I think sooo, but hey it's a dealership, what would/should one expect. They promise the world and give the bowl. Great top half but very poor service at the bottom. Won't ever use them again and will ensure every veteran I know, see's or reads this review!!! no discount, no respect (from bottom half) and definitely not military friendly!!! Dale
On a Friday late afternoon, We were traveling from KY to FL on I-75 and our 2017 Ram 1500 (with a brand new engine) was overheating. In desperation, I called several shops in the area, and no one would take us. I called Crown, and the receptionist was so nice and put me through to the Service Advisor who agreed to stay (until we could get there, and we rolled in at 4:59 pm!) and take a look. He immediately saw the problem, a quick and easy fix, and had us back on the road in minutes!! Amazing! Thank you!!

Jason Floyd is an excellent advisor. Stopped in for a tire patch and the service was fast and correct.
Met with Gabe Jones when we dropped off another vehicle for service. Gabe tried to help my husband decide on his next truck. He offered many options in trucks, as well as pricing. He was incredibly polite and very helpful. We would definitely use Gabe to assist when we are finally ready to commit. Highly recommend! The Murphys!
We had a great experience. Gabe Jones took awesome care of our family and we love the Ram we bought.
We bought a car from Gabe Jones a while back and had a great time! Not to mention that we love the car. See him for sure!
Had a repair done and they charged me $3300 after two weeks of my truck being in the shop. Did a good job repairing it. But GROSSLY over charged me. Called another dealership out in the country, it was only a $1600 job. Forced a new battery down my throat. My current battery was only eight months old. $600 to replace my battery. Then they wanted to charge me $77 to clean the battery cables, which were already clean. Didn't need the battery. Price gouging at its best. Find a private repair person. Leave the big dealerships alone if you can.
Trevor Turner did an excellent job guiding us through the process would definitely recommend!
remarkably unhelpful and disrespectful of my time as a customer with a scheduled appointment. I will be looking for any alternative.
Gabe Jones took awesome care of us! We weren't even planning on buying a car but he mad it so easy and the rest is history. Will was great to work with in Finance as well.
Trevor was a great help he walked me through every step of the process thanks again! I will be recommending this dealer to all of my family and freinds.
I worked with Trevor Turner and Caroline Chambers when completing this purchase. Caroline did a great job managing the transaction and answering all of my questions over the phone. When i arrived at the dealership i worked with Trevor Turner as my sales rep and he did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer.
Best car buying experience I have ever had! When i arrived I was greeted by Trevor Turner he was very patient and let me take my time on my decision. couldn't recommend enough thanks again!
The most unprofessional staff ever. Stacey called after us looking at a Grand Cherokee wanting to know how much we could pay down. My husband told her an amount and we have yet to hear back. Apparently, they have no interest in selling their cars.

I have no idea what is going on at this dealership, it is the worst experience everytime i go in for service. Today was an oil change and they refused service because I would not sign there disclaimer about special order parts. In 30 years I have never been stuck with a special order part. You pay for the part before I order it. It is not the customer problem. I cant help if you don't know how to cover you ass doing business. I bought a wagoneer from the Cleavand dealership because the salesmen from Chattanooga would not get the car out of the showroom. The service staff has a high turn around to the point that everyone is brand new every time you go in there. I bought a 100,000 mile maintence agreement and every time I go to the dealership they try to charge me for oil changes and tire repair. there is a huge disconnect at this dealership.
Micheal Schrimsher was a great service advisor. Dropped off my truck for a couple issues and was lucky enough that Micheal was assigned to handle my service. His communication was great and was on top of getting my truck in and out. He fought for me when it came to handling my extended warranty company and went above and beyond. The technician who worked on my truck did a great job as well! Definitely recommend visiting this dealer with any service needs and if you are looking for something new!
World's worst scheduling service and repair shop imaginable. Had an appointment for a safely issue on a 1 year old truck, waited 6 days to get in, dropped it off and waited all day. It did not even get seen, they want to keep it 2 days just to analyze a windshield wiper!!
NOT WORTH IT. Absurd prices. Predatory business practices. Pathetic customer service. In summary, scheduling an appointment means nothing because they don't look at your car at that time, they wait for days. When I declined the repairs with them due to their absurd prices (even for a dealership) they still charged me a $316 diagnostic fee. All throughout poor customer service from them. When my vehicle got a check engine light, I called the dealership to schedule an appointment to look at my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled for a week out. I was asked to drop the vehicle off at 8AM, which come to find out later, was unnecessarily specific since they didn't get to my car at all that day. My service advisor, Kelsey Duncan, texted me at 1pm to say that they still hadn't seen the vehicle. They did not end up looking at the vehicle until the next morning. Throughout this time, I kept trying to reach Kelsey by phone, but my calls would never go through, they would end up on some other service advisor's voicemail. No one ever cared to talk to me about the issues I was having with my vehicle. The diagnostic was completed without anyone ever consulting with me what I was experiencing. When I finally received the $1400 bill to replace a fuel injector, naturally, I had questions. I asked Kelsey if I could speak to the mechanic, because she didn't have the slightest idea of how to answer any of my questions. For how much they charge you would think they could afford higher levels of competence from their staff. I decided to get the bulk of the work elsewhere and asked if they could just do the fuel induction service and Kelsey agreed. Hours later I get a call from Trisha, the manager, saying that if I don't replace the fuel injector I would be charged $316 for the diagnostic fee. A fee which she said I agreed to when I dropped off my vehicle, which I don't recall ever agreeing to. Even if it was mentioned at the time of drop off, it means that they purposely avoid mentioning at the time of scheduling. This is how they try to hook you on getting the repair there. A very predatory business practice to follow. I declined all services. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I wanted to talk to Trisha in the hopes of negotiating diagnostic pricing down to something that was closer to fair market value, a futile effort, but I thought it was worth a shot. She refused to speak to me twice, stating to her assistant that we had spoke on the phone already, and when she finally agreed, she pettily made me wait while pretending to be busy. All the while I can see her doing nothing through her glass-walled office, and then leaving her office to go to the bathroom. Obviously, just trying to prove the point that she didn't want to talk and irking me in the process. She finally, loathingly waves me into her office and I ask questions to try to understand why the price for a diagnostic fee is so high. She says "this is a dealership, prices are high" She couldn't even validate the reason their prices are high and what value they provide. When I asked if we could work out a lower price Trisha kept comparing her business, to, I kid you not, WALMART! She said "When you go to Walmart you don't expect to negotiate prices." I don't frequent Walmart but if it is Trisha's guiding principle to run a business, then I'll continue to avoid it. I paid the full price and left. Although I did not think it was fair, it was also not worth prolonging this dispute any further. I vow to avoid this dealership now at all costs and warn anyone I can about their poor services and unfair prices. To Ken Nichols, who seems committed to answer all the negative reviews on here. Spare me the canned response, I don't need it. Do this instead: Consider reviewing your prices to match a fair market value. Hire customer facing staff that can explain what's on a service ticket or let your mechanics do the talking. Replace Trisha with someone with higher standards than Walmart. If I'm going to get the Walmart experience at your dealership then I expect Walmart prices.

So I ended up with a big wood screw in my tire while driving on the long under construction highway through Chattanooga so I had to get a new tire for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I found this Jeep Dealership and thought I would be able to use Mopar coupons and deals however that was not the case here unfortunately. I got an entire set of new tires but then I wasn't able to use my MOPAR buy 3 get 1 free coupon for "reasons" so I was rather unhappy with that. Overall Jeep service continues to disappoint and while I have enjoyed many years with my Jeep Grand Cherokees their ongoing degrading service at dealerships will likely lead me to going with Toyota for future purchases as there is just no comparison between the massively upgraded experience and quality of service you get at all Japanese brand locations which leaves brands like Jeep far behind.
Employees did great job on my Promaster van. My complaint is that they play dumb when you ask for pricing ahead of service. After service, their price was more than double what I paid for the same service at Dayton Andrews RAM in Pinelleas Park FL.
Mark and Dave in service really helped me out of a jam with my Grand Wagoneer. I had a lost lug nut key and tires that needed to be replaced. In truth it was not their problem but they took it upon themselves to solve it so I could be on my way the same day!
Love Crown and Manny! He helped me get into the vehicle of my dreams!! Definitely go see Manny! You can catch him Saturdays at the Riverfront nights!
Best experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. Super quick, really friendly people, and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend to shop here. Thanks to Manny and Stacy for all the help.
there should be a no star rating. This was the worst dealership I've ever been to. There were no salesman outside, I eventually had to walk inside to find anyone. This kid named Manny finally walked over to help me. I felt bad for him because I know in his mind he tried his best but I was very uncomfortable with his I don't really care I just wanna sell something attitude. I told him what I wanted and he pointed at a section of a bunch of run down vehicles. yes I wanted to stay within a budget but that budget didn't include an 8 year old jeep that he took forever to pull up for me to see and when he finally showed up with it you could clearly see that he needed to run it through the car wash before hand. As we were sitting in it the engine started smoking!! He pretended like it was no big deal and continued to try and sell me on it. after he finally got the hint that it wasn't what I wanted he then proceeded to tell me about 2 other cars that were brand new he could show me so we walked all the way to the other side of the lot to see them (passing the office) just for him to not even have the keys and they were locked so once again he takes forever to go get the keys. while he was off doing I don't know I was looking through the windows and I realized they were to small I have a service dog who needs his own seat and these hatch backs were way too small I told Manny this in the beginning but it seemed like my dogs needs weren't at all important but it was the second item on my must have list. After trying to be polite for a second time he took way too long to come back. By that time I just was over it all and started walking back to my car he didn't even come back outside until I was almost at my car. once he realized he lost the sale he then began to try and show me more inventory online and even then he didn't know how to filter through and find cars that match my list so he's (standing there in the sun didn't even offer to stand in the shade or go inside) scrolling through an entire inventory and trying to point out cars and I had to point out the mileage or the size to him. finally he realized I wasn't going to buy from him he decides to stop looking and tells me I can just go on the website myself but to make sure to let them know "I'm your guy Manny". I've never sold cars but I've been in sales and can say with certainty that Manny needs some mentoring, education on the vehicles and to learn how to treat and listen to buyers as human beings and not just a way to make a buck. I drove off the parking lot and went next door to Nissan and drove off the lot with a brand new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek Edition and a smile so in the end Manny did help me get a car.
Caroline did an amazing job. We drove about 3 hours to purchase our car. She had it waiting, everything was as described. She went the extra mile and sent more photos prior to us leaving. We were in and out quickly with our new car. We could not be happier and would highly recommend her to family and friend.
I had not completed my post and did not realize it had been posted until I saw you had replied to it. InJanuary of 2022 I bought a truck from Crown. About 85,000 miles and in great condition except someone had keyed it on the drivers side. As you know I am a 79 year old widow and I still live in the home I shared with my late husband Kenneth. I have a home on a large lot. My husband kept it looking great and I wanted to do the same (with some help, of course). In March the Bose radio developed a problem. $1,000. I didn't fix it yet. Then in August the transmission went out. Crown had given me a limited warranty but it still cost me $1,400. And was repaired at Integrity Chevrolet. About three weeks ago it started a pinging noise from the engine area. I Had it towed to Integrity exactly three weeks ago today where it still sits today. Valve lifters are the problem. They are covered under the warranty but however they are on back order with no indication of how long it will take. Of course at my age I have numerous physical problems. Fibromyalgia, arthritis and several "replacement parts" ! And it gets worse and more painful every day. I have a ruptured disc my thoracic area and will see the neurosurgeon on Monday. This will be number 6 or 7 on my back and neck. I am relying on my friends and family to get to and from many tests and appointments. I have requested, pleaded for a loaner car from Crown but they said they have nothing AND it is after all "a used truck" that has no warranty that provides a loaner car. Since it is in for repairs State Farm has no obligation to give me one. And after less than three months it starts having one serious problem after another. I understand it is not a new truck but less than 88,000 when I bought it? It had not been run through cleanup when I first drove it but it was very clean. I am also in contact with Chevrolet corporate office and they have created a SPAC case (whatever that is) and given me another number to call. So now what? I have a car payment due on a truck I can't drive through no fault of my own and I have an appointment with a neurosurgeon at Erlanger Monday morning and guess I should start looking for a ride. Any suggestions? Hope you could follow this.
I dealt with Trevor in sales in a was a fast and pleasurable experience! Also Kenny in finance and Brandon the sales manager were great in putting the deal together.
I loved my experience here! Everyone was so kind and responsive. They are a super welcoming group and took care of things very promptly. I worked with Caroline and she was great. Thank you crown dealership!
Jacob and Jeremy helped me purchase my ram 1500 and I highly recommend then and the dealership!
Ian and Jacob dealt with my order from Ram. They kept me updated while I waited for 10 months for my vehicle to arrive. They were also fair with my trade. They were efficient with my paperwork when I came in. If you are going to buy or order a vehicle in this insane market, I think Crown is worth a visit. I have not used the service department.
Caroline Chambers is a great consultant. She was very patient and asked enough questions to go get me to my ideal vehicle. I would recommend her for all your car buying needs. when the car came in, I was assisted by Trevor Turner. He walked me through the paperwork
My salesman Trevor was the best ever!
Five star experience this weekend with Trevor T. He didn't give up working with the sales manager until he secured an interest rate and sale price that would work for me. He was patient and respectful of the time I took making a final decision, and didn't try to up-sell me beyond what I could afford. Walked away with a gorgeous new 2021 Jeep at a price that fit my budget. Honestly not much else to say here: they made it easy and I couldn't be happier!!
I've been coming here for my oil changes over the past 2 years. The staff have always been top notch. This was my first sales experience. Manny and Kenny spoke directly and answered all of my questions. I wanted to look at options as I neared the end of my first lease. They provided a rough quote prior to pulling my credit which allowed me to get a feel for the direction I wanted to take. They didn't try to pressure me into a sale, a welcome change from the used car salesman days. When I was ready to move forward both of them worked with me on my lease buyout. Greg did a great job putting everything together, filling out paperwork, keeping me company and getting me a drink. I even got a lower rate than we expected! Would highly recommend talking to them. I think you'll find them very professional, friendly and great to work with overall.
Thank you to the Crown Dealership, to Greg Wilson, and to Kenny Reagan for helping me purchase my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. I love it!
Trevor Turner was pleasure to work with; low-key, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I'll be buying my next Chrysler vehicle through him. Thank you Trevor!!!
Chad Coley, my car salesman, did absolutely EVERYTHING he could do to put me into a car. I have to recommend going to see Chad if you need a vehicle because I have been turned down by Economy Honda of Chattanooga, Ed Kirby's Adventure cars, and a couple of other car dealerships while looking for a car; however, chad was the only guy that got me approved for a brand NEW 2017 Jeep Compass. I couldn't be happier with how my car buying experience went. Chad, Larry, Kenny, and Mark went above and beyond for me and they will continue to have my business in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
