I just had my Nissan Sentra in for its first oil change and to try to correct a small rattle by the driver's door. My experience this morning was nothing short of impressive. Service Advisor Lesley Shepard is phenomenal, as well as Technician Jason Rogers. And Jason did figure out where the noise was coming from and took care of it. It's no surprise to me why this dealership consistently gets such high ratings. I'll be in the market for another new vehicle in the next few months and definitely want to purchase only from Crown. I stopped by Crown to look at a used vehicle I saw on cars.com. and ended up purchasing it. Jacob Horn was very sincere and easy to talk with. He was knowledgeable about the auto and quick to offer a test drive with no obligation or pressure . 2 days after Purchasing the vehicle I had developed some questions and concerns. When I returned to the dealer Jacob was understanding and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Crown Nissan took the vehicle in for further servicing at no cost to me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at Crown Nissan St. Petersburg Service on August 21st. Joe, my service advisor, was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. My broken tail light on my 2024 Chevy Trax ACTIV was replaced in less than an hour, and they also fixed the strange clicking sound from my left indicator. Cathy Voogt is a rock star! I’ve had 15 car buying experiences in my life and this was by far the best! I originally saw a used vehicle on their website. She got back to me very quickly with details and a video. She stayed in touch through a couple of days off. I changed my mind to leasing a 2026 Nissan Sentra. We negotiated a very reasonable price and conditions, all through text and a couple phone calls since I live in Brandon. Crown Nissan has an Allstate insurance office on site also which I took advantage of to get $50 a month off of Geico‘s quote. Cathy’s desk proudly displays awards for excellence, and I completely agree! The financing piece was straightforward and low pressure. Best car buying experience ever!

I'm always braced for a shakedown once you move to the final stage (finance. mgr.) but Devonte H. was very personable and there was no pressure. So, purchasing a used high mileage vehicle I had developed some worries and concerns regarding it's history and condition.
