Had an easy time at Crown Nissan looking at different models and ended up test driving a pre owned. Really enjoyed dealing with the salesman Nikola Tadic. He made the process simple and less intimidating for sure, got me a screaming deal on my car. They worked with me on financing too, would go back. Edit: Found out today that this car was sold not only as a pre owned, but not even a certified pre owned vehicle. Thought it was sold as new since it only had 1k miles on it when I bought it. So in addition to paying about 10k over book which I was just going to eat, it's out of warranty. Awesome.

The service time was reasonable. They did a thourough inspection of my vehicle. R J was understanding about what I choose to do. I was surprised the parts were not available and had to be ordered. I was not happy with the rental car. It was new but the stearing wheel shook when I was driving. The car also sputtered while driving it. I missed my Rogue. Overall the experince was O K, but a few things could have been better.

Very happy with Brad Mazzocco. He went above and beyond to make my purchase a happy one. If I have any regret at all it was the total time it took to finalize the process. This was not his fault, I believe. I haven't bought a car in a while. The dealership did not seem to be busy when I arrived. However, the process took about four hours. That may have been due to securing a loan, but it meant long waits.
