Cars.comWe stopped by Crown just to look at cars not wanting to buy. We met Tim. He was very helpful With answering all of our questions, he was not pushy at all, which I appreciated. We were able to make a deal and drove away with a brand new Altima.

Cars.comI stopped by Crown to look at a used vehicle I saw on cars.com. and ended up purchasing it. Jacob Horn was very sincere and easy to talk with. He was knowledgeable about the auto and quick to offer a test drive with no obligation or pressure . 2 days after Purchasing the vehicle I had developed some questions and concerns. When I returned to the dealer Jacob was understanding and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Crown Nissan took the vehicle in for further servicing at no cost to me. I would recommend Crown for any purchase, new or used.

Cars.comMe and my husband happened on Crown Nissan just by driving by. We were in Florida from Ohio to purchase a vehicle for our granddaughter, her first vehicle. Our plan was to go to car lots until we found what my granddaughter wanted. When we came to Crown, Tim Finn approached us and from then on everything was AMAZING! My granddaughter was very particular about the car she wanted. Within 15 minutes of looking, we had it narrowed down to 2 vehicles. After test driving both, the rest is history. My granddaughter got the car she absolutely LOVED!!! Thank you, Tim.

She not only is very friendly and personable but she is also very trusting and genuine. Christine Smith and Shawn Meehan are definitely why we continue to keep coming back to have our 3 Nissan vehicles serviced at Crown Nissan. They are both true assets of the service department and we appreciate their great customer service. I had my pathfinder detailed with this service appointment. We were very impressed how clean my vehicle looked inside and out. After traveling out of state several times with our dogs over the last several months, the detail team did such an amazing job getting all the white dog hair out of the black interior. They made my Rock Creek Pathfinder look brand new again!!!!!!!!!

Buying a car can be very stressful, but thanks to our amazing salesman, Bryan Ealy, the process was smooth and hassle free. Prior to our visit I spoke with Bryan on the phone and explained what type of vehicle we were looking for including trim, colors, and options. The next day, we walked into the Crown Nissan dealership, and met Bryan who greeted us with a warm smile. He showed us a few cars on the lot that matched what he thought we’d be interested in. Bryan also already secured a vehicle from another location that he thought we would be interested in. Long story short, a few hours later my wife and I were driving home in our beautiful new Nissan Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier. The whole process, from start to finish, was seamless and efficient, thanks to Bryan's professionalism and wonderful demeanor. But Bryan wasn't the only one who made our experience special. We also had the pleasure of working with Sales Manager Ryan Gibb and Financial Services Manager Devonte Harvey. Both Ryan and Devonte were instrumental in making our purchase a breeze. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our informed decision. In conclusion, our experience at Crown Nissan was nothing short of exceptional. Cars.comJust bought a brand new 2026 Nissan Rouge and had a really great experience working with Crown Nissan. Their showroom was modern well organized and kept. They have a great inventory of cars to choose from and our sales person Jacob was great. A perfect combination of knowledgeable, friendly, polite and accommodating. Not high pressure but very effective in helping us make the decision to buy the car. He was very patient with us as we went through the lot looking at what was available and then arranged for us to test drive both the SV and Dark Armor trims. We ended up choosing the Dark Armor trim after Jacob walked us through the different features and what we gained by moving up trim levels. Again, no pressure just polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately convincing. The price negotiation process was one of the best experiences we have had buying a car. No high pressure just a reasonable back and forth. The dealership manager Jason Jiovani was also very professional and did an excellent job explaining the components of the sales price and fees and very willing to work with us to make the sale. What a great experience! We look forward to enjoying our new car.
