On July 5th, I bought my very first car "all by myself", down here in St Pete at a different dealership, as a 22 year old woman! Late August, I totalled that car. This left me searching for a new car while also waiting for my gap insurance to kick in! I decided to visit Crown Nissan and had Cathy Voogd help me. It was then that I learned how a car buying experience SHOULD be!! All dealerships should use Cathy's skills as a benchmark experience for customers! Cathy completely understood my needs (I had a tight budget, a difficult financing situation, and I wasn't in the mood to stand in the heat and look at cars all day!), was completely professional, and she went absolutely ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that I drove away in car that was perfect for me. Cathy went above and beyond by walking me through all the contracts and paperwork step by step so I knew what I was signing, working with me for appointment times since I work the graveyard shift, offering to pick me up and drop me off, showing me all the features of my car (even setting up Android AutoPlay), keeping me comfortable and happy for any times I had to wait (she wrote down the wi-fi password just in case I got bored! That's so sweet!), making sure my car was detailed and fuel-filled before I picked it up, and lastly, she even dropped off my rental car for me AND filled it up with fuel just in case so I wouldn't be charged! Cathy Voogd is a great example of customer service and sales meeting to create the best experience possible for a customer...and she does it all in heels!! You can't go wrong with her!

My purchase experience with Crown Nissan was excellent. I'd been casually looking for a low mileage used care for several months. My Prius was 10 years old and still in good shape, but it didn't have safety features like back up camera that would reduce insurance premiums. Still, it was hard to look at models that wouldn't back off of the great Prius gas mileage. A hybrid Camry showed up on Crown Nissan's website that met all my criteria for options and price. Wade Werner and Kyle Lamont were a great team to work with on my purchase. They never made a move to get me toward a newer / more expensive vehicle. Together they got every wrinkle ironed out for the sale to go through without a hitch. The dealership has taken steps to be conscious of sanitizing surfaces and really try hard to make the social distancing thing work in their environment.
