⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service! I had a fantastic experience at Crown Nissan St. Petersburg Service on August 21st. Joe, my service advisor, was incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. My broken tail light on my 2024 Chevy Trax ACTIV was replaced in less than an hour, and they also fixed the strange clicking sound from my left indicator. Cathy Voogt is a rock star! I’ve had 15 car buying experiences in my life and this was by far the best! I originally saw a used vehicle on their website. She got back to me very quickly with details and a video. She stayed in touch through a couple of days off. I changed my mind to leasing a 2026 Nissan Sentra. We negotiated a very reasonable price and conditions, all through text and a couple phone calls since I live in Brandon. Crown Nissan has an Allstate insurance office on site also which I took advantage of to get $50 a month off of Geico‘s quote. Cathy’s desk proudly displays awards for excellence, and I completely agree! The financing piece was straightforward and low pressure. Best car buying experience ever!

No pressure at all — she really listened to what we needed and helped us get into the perfect car. She walked in the rain to go bring the car from the lot so we don’t have to walk in the rain. She always had a smile on her face and just being honest the entire process. If you're looking for someone you can trust, ask for her. Highly recommended! We had to leave the car to complete some detailing on it until the next day. She came on her day off just to make sure we were satisfied and got our car. Stopped by to look at a used vehicle (Truck) and ended up purchasing it. Jacob H. was very sincere and easy to talk with. I'm always braced for a shakedown once you move to the final stage (finance. mgr.) but Devonte H. was very personable and there was no pressure. So, purchasing a used high mileage vehicle I had developed some worries and concerns regarding it's history and condition. When I returned to the dealer 2 days later Jason J. was extremely understanding and worked hard to address all my concerns and even took the truck in for further servicing at no cost to me. I would recommend crown for any purchase, new or used.

Me and my husband happened on Crown Nissan just by driving by. We were in Florida from Ohio to purchase a vehicle for our granddaughter, her first vehicle.
