All was pretty awesome EXCEPT next morning turned on wipers and drivers wiper was bent and broke !!! Why no idea

The service advisor Joe is the best there. He always greets with the smile, keeps you updated and it there are issues found, works on the warranty and lines up a rental (sometimes brand new) to take it home. My car has close to 140K miles and runs like new, thanks to the service associates here. They don't try to upsell you on services. Just transperant and honest service team.

My wiper blade and a section of trim was slightly damaged from the car wash but my service advisor quickly addressed that. Happy with the service overall.

Lesley Shepard is always cheerful, professional and informative with regard to status of service and any additional issues which need to be addressed. Really like the tech video provided when it comes to additional/optional services needed or which need future service attention.

They didn't do a good job didn't clean outside mirrors or back windows. Smudge on side of car that was rubbed off by customer service rep. Work was less than expected

Fast scheduling. I had a spot booked for next day at 9am. Danny Touch checked me in with no issues. Complimentary shuttle service was available that way I could wait at home and then be picked once my car was done. They even did a complimentary inspection on my which was free with the service I had requested.

I linked up with Dan Pepper who has helped me in the past. He took my chief complaint and had me situated to wait for my car in 8 minutes. He offered me a ride home but I chose to wait at the dealership. Everything got addressed that was unscheduled maintenance and routine maintenance was handled in kind. My car was returned with everything fixed to my satisfaction along with a complementary car wash. Sweet!

Had appointment at 10 AM. Was told it would be ready around 3 PM. Got there a little before 4 PM. Car was NOT ready. Had to wait over an hour for it. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING AN APPT!!!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

Longer than expected but otherwise good service

Joe, in service, is the fold.standard for customer service and valuing longstanding customer. I actually drive from the Bradenton area to go to Crown Nissan vs Nissan of Bradenton. I highly recommend changing your service venue to Crown Nissan if you are a Nissan of Bradenton customer. Crown has a much better trained service department who actually will drill down to diagnose and fix the issue. Other service departments not so much.
