The service time was reasonable. They did a thourough inspection of my vehicle. R J was understanding about what I choose to do. I was surprised the parts were not available and had to be ordered. I was not happy with the rental car. It was new but the stearing wheel shook when I was driving. The car also sputtered while driving it. I missed my Rogue. Overall the experince was O K, but a few things could have been better.

They lied about repairs needed and tried to charge me over priced fees for said repairs. Told me my throttle body needed replacing and that they checked everything. Went to another shop that was local and they found a loose intake tube which went tightened turn my check engine light off.

The service advisor Joe is the best there. He always greets with the smile, keeps you updated and it there are issues found, works on the warranty and lines up a rental (sometimes brand new) to take it home. My car has close to 140K miles and runs like new, thanks to the service associates here. They don't try to upsell you on services. Just transperant and honest service team.
