I just had my Nissan Sentra in for its first oil change and to try to correct a small rattle by the driver's door. My experience this morning was nothing short of impressive. Service Advisor Lesley Shepard is phenomenal, as well as Technician Jason Rogers. And Jason did figure out where the noise was coming from and took care of it. It's no surprise to me why this dealership consistently gets such high ratings. I'll be in the market for another new vehicle in the next few months and definitely want to purchase only from Crown. I just wanted to say that Cathy has been my sales consultant for the past three years. She has been every transactions, smooth and virtually painless. I am not one to go to a dealership and try to hassle over pricing! I like to do my research from home and once I have made my choice, I go for it. Cathy truly listens. I emailed her what I saw, what I wanted and the monthly I can afford. She made sure that she answered all my questions and once we finalized on a price, I made the appointment just to sign the papers. It's so refreshing to get there and have the car pulled up from with the keys waiting for us. In and out within 90 minutes (and that was only because they had to detail the car! I alr4eady have a couple of my neighbors asking where we got our cars ( we got a 2025 Nissan Sentra SR and 2026 Frontier PRO-4X. Cathy Voogd is the best in the business. ...PS we drove almost 2 hrs to this dealership because of their honesty, integrity and best service. Nancy and Orlando Rosario!!!

Service Department has been the thorn in the side of this Dealership! Stopped by for service because my check engine light came on. Was quickly advised it would cost me $169.00 just for them to see what it says. Ridicules, I have been servicing my cars here for years, even bought a new car here less than a year ago and thought everything was good with pricing until this huge price gouge! Drove it to Autozone down the street from this dealership, they do a courtesy free check to let me know it was the VSS sensor in my vehicle. Average part cost around 200.00 and average fee including part to install is between 5 and 6 hundred dollars which I will pay at someone other than Crown Nissan just due to the trust in Crown's fair pricing dropping to its lowest. Sometimes a little courtesy goes a long way, a simple check would have brought them a customer to have the repairs completed there. Very disappointed in this Service Department and this is an important department in a dealership which is highly researched before choosing to buy a new vehicle from that dealership. You may have lost a good customer over his one!

Today I took my Altima into Crown Nissan Saint Pete it was hesitating while driving it was checked and showed transmission failure which was not what I wanted to hear but the car had over 200,000 miles a very great amount. Ive been coming to this service department for over 20 years. With great service kind and friendly staff the service manager Shawn Meehan Saw that I was a bit saddened he offered encouragement. It was like he felt my pain and wanted to really help after us talking. I told him not to fix the car I was going to buy a car he then went out of his way and introduced me to the car sales department which I did ended purchasing a new Altima this is why I give crown a 5-star rating

I bought my first car in 1984 and over the past 40 years have bought approximately 15 others. Without a doubt and by a wide margin, working with Crown Nissan generally and with John Hartley specifically has been the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new or used vehicle. John Hartley and the team at Crown Nissan were prompt, attentive, friendly, and fair. I shopped at approximately eight different Nissan dealerships looking for the right deal on a 2024 Sentra SR for my daughter. There was no comparison with other dealerships concerning the willingness to listen to what we wanted and didn't want and in making the deal possible. In the future, when I need a new car, my first call (and likely last) will be to John Hartley. I have been a long-time driver of Hondas, but I will likely switch next time to a Nissan for myself, not due to any dissatisfaction with Hondas, but because Jonh Hartley and Crown Nissan are simply superior to any dealership with whom I have ever dealt.

On March 16, 2023, Crown Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard once again, provided me with "Outstanding Professionalism and Service" during my experience at Crown Nissan Service Department. I was very impressed with today's maintenance service plan Mrs. Shepard had prepared for me upon my arrival at the service center. During my consultation with Service Advisor, Mrs. Shepard, we both agreed that it was time to have an oil change and tires rotated, but in addition to that, based on my 2014 Nissan Altima mileage, her service plan also included inspecting and possibly replacing the drive belts if needed. Mrs. Shepard Maintenance Service Team Member inspected the drive belt and recommended replacing them. During the inspection, it was also noted that the valve cover gasket leaks and recommended replacing both the valve cover and valve cover gaskets. I have "full faith and confidence" in Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard and her Maintenance Service Team Member in providing me with Professionalism, Outstanding and Excellent Service each and every time I bring my 2014 Nissan Altima in for service.
