Scratch that **Edit** this place is a scam! When I first bought my car, we noticed it had been repainted (badly) in an area. They claims there were NEVER any notes stating there was damages or wrecks so they looked it over and “made it right” by adding an extra service or two. They claimed it had to have happened at the factory and it was probably a minor scratch that was fixed…didn’t look minor to me but what do I know about vehicles. This was SUPPOSED to be a brand new vehicle. I had not climbed all the way in the trunk until recently to do a deep clean. I usually blindly reach up in there to wipe down next to the windows. There is damage that looks to be super glued ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE TOO! ((I can’t find the pics of the paint on the opposite side since I took them so long ago))

Crown is a well run dealership with many options for new and used vehicles and my experience with them was good. But, my experience with Jacqueline was excellent! Special thanks to Kendra Ostrander from the moment she saw us on the lot she came and introduced herself and showed us the 2026 Crosstrek. She explained the different models. We really liked the limited and i wanted the gray and one was coming in the next few days. After going back we decided on the red pearl. Kendra helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. My husband Phil really appreciated her too. Today we went back to pick up our car and meet with Sara Ford Love Encore Specialist and she was great too.
