After a long, pointless 'conversation', AI referred me to a human, who did a great job of listening, making the appointment, and the transferring me to the parts dept to make sure the part my car needed would be in stock. We really liked the limited and i wanted the gray and one was coming in the next few days. After going back we decided on the red pearl. What a lovely experience! The staff was wonderful. Kenneth contacted me after I inquired on line. He did not bombard me with emails, texts and calls. Rather, he answered my questions and let all the information sink in. He did follow up daily to see if I needed anything else. By the end of the week we had a date and time set for me to come in. The dealership is very clean and also pet friendly, which was a nice surprise. I was even given a dog toy as a parting gift! Kenneth introduced me to multiple people.
