I like that the service not only changes the oil but they check many other things such as a couple of filters that needed to be replaced. An oil change place would not check all of the things and rotate the tires too.

When receiving my 60,000 mile maintenance there was an issue that delayed maintenance completion. In order to get an update on my vehicle's status in the queue I had to make several calls to Crown Subaru. However, once I finally got in touch with a person they were very good about getting back to me regarding my vehicle. Once they realized that I was not going to get my vehicle in the expected timeframe, I was provided a loaner vehicle, and the experience drastically improved.

My Subaru Forester is a 2019. My engine went out on the interstate. It was the first time my lights had come on telling me something was wrong. I need a new engine. I bought an extended warranty on this vehicle. They will not cover it saying the problem has been going on a while. I have not had one light come on indicating that something was wrong. If my engine light had came on I guarantee you I would not have driven it. I will never purchase a Subaru again. This is just wrong!!!!!

I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation at 11:30, it was not completed until close to 1 pm pretty sure I was left hanging while everyone went to lunch. Then I was told I needed all new tires and an alignment. Didn't get finished until 3:30. I also had to talk to someone about my app not syncing with my car since March and she called in to find out what to do but despite me being co-owner the MySubaru Connection division refused to help since my husband is listed first. We had both talked to them ourselves over a month ago and they had told us they can't do anything to help. They have no problem collecting our yearly subscription though. So bottom line it took over 4 hours. I could have gone any where else for better, quicker service and saved myself some money. Don't know if our MySubaru connections will ever be fixed, been battling that since March and it's now September.

I did not like your AI receptionist, the first 'person' I talked to to make an appointment. After a long, pointless 'conversation', AI referred me to a human, who did a great job of listening, making the appointment, and the transferring me to the parts dept to make sure the part my car needed would be in stock. My AI conversation - big waste of time, and annoying, as well.
