Apparently my appointment was misbooked but they took the car and serviced it quickly. I was scheduled for a tire rotation but they said the tires were good and they saved me a few dollars by not rotating them. Everyone was very courteous.

I did not like your AI receptionist, the first 'person' I talked to to make an appointment. After a long, pointless 'conversation', AI referred me to a human, who did a great job of listening, making the appointment, and the transferring me to the parts dept to make sure the part my car needed would be in stock. My AI conversation - big waste of time, and annoying, as well.

Service was great! We got a recall item fixed and they found a leak in a tire that we had fixed in a very short time. We really enjoyed the coffee machine with so many coffee styles. We will sure get our car serviced here again!

Was in for an oil change, work was excellent, Matt (service manager) was excellent--as usual. Was disappointed that it took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Also, charging for a credit card--even though it wasn't much--is very disappointing. Is Crown that needy for the money?
