Scratch that **Edit** this place is a scam! When I first bought my car, we noticed it had been repainted (badly) in an area. They claims there were NEVER any notes stating there was damages or wrecks so they looked it over and “made it right” by adding an extra service or two. They claimed it had to have happened at the factory and it was probably a minor scratch that was fixed…didn’t look minor to me but what do I know about vehicles. This was SUPPOSED to be a brand new vehicle. I had not climbed all the way in the trunk until recently to do a deep clean. I usually blindly reach up in there to wipe down next to the windows. There is damage that looks to be super glued ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE TOO! ((I can’t find the pics of the paint on the opposite side since I took them so long ago))

After deciding it was time to retire a current vehicle, a friend of mine recommended that I stop by Crown Subaru and ask to talk with Jacqueline. Crown is a well run dealership with many options for new and used vehicles and my experience with them was good. But, my experience with Jacqueline was excellent! She listened, showed me vehicles with options I told her I was looking for and didn’t waste time showing me vehicles she “thought” I would like. She was patient, answered questions, tracked down requested information and went above and beyond in an effort to help me make a good selection. I can say that my friend’s recommendation about Jacqueline was spot on… she was as good as advertised. I recommend Crown Subaru to those looking for a new or used vehicle, but if you go there I highly recommend you ask to speak with Jacqueline!

I went to schedule my 18k mile service. It’s supposed to be free. Crown Subaru was aggressively pushing a $950 “recommended package” for a car under two years old and at 18k miles. Crown Subaru’s portal offered no option to schedule my 18k included service online. I checked multiple dealers in Knoxville and Atlanta, and they all made the 18k free service easy to book. Crown Subaru was the outlier in trying to push far more than needed. I can only imagine what they’d try to push in person

Quoted a few thousand for what only costs a few hundred in repairs, of course I said no because I only brought my car in for an oil change. Thank goodness that's all I let them do to my car. Attempted price gouging aside, I only wanted to have someone do the oil change for me out of convenience due to my busy schedule. Unfortunately it was anything but convenient and you definitely know I was price gouged on the oil change, too. Two days after the oil change, after taking a few hour road trip, all the oil was gone (two photos attached). The mechanics don't know what oil goes in their own cars, put oil in that was too thin, and it all got burnt up. After the most rudimentary amount of research anyone with a phone and two thumbs could have done, I found out from people who actually know things about Subarus the appropriate oil to put in. Smoother ride, better milage, *DOESN'T BURN UP*. Still ALL present after my trip back home. I was going to let it go. Chalk it up to "now I know to never go here again," and call it a $120 lesson/mistake (they quoted me 70-something on the phone while making the appointment). However, they called ME over a week later and asked how everything was going after the service. I calmly told them in no ill-manner "The oil all burnt up after two days, so a refund would be nice," and the person who called me said "I- uh- well- uh- I- um... I'm just going to say thank you for taking my call. :)" then hung up the phone. If you like paying 2x - 4x the cost of what it would take to do something yourself, want to risk having it done wrong, and don't want them to take accountability for their mistakes; this place is fantastic. Perfect 5 out of 7.

It took a bit longer than expected to get an issue diagnosed, but they had provided a loaner vehicle, so it was no problem at all. I declined a recommended repair so I could take time to review options, and they were not pushy in the least.

Crown Subaru continues to deliver good service. Melissa Dalton was my representative during my most recent visit for my Forester's 90-100k maintenance. I actually called a local shop that I take my older car to; Crown's rates were less ;-) I needed to do a night drop off; Melissa communicated the process and kept me informed during the service; they finished up before the expected time allowing a smooth pick up. My subi continues to run great! On previous visits, both in the 'old' downtown location and their new location off I-75, the facility is clean and welcoming; the staff is professional even though they have been very busy each time. The waiting room is comfortable when I need to use it. I highly recommend using Crown Subaru.

From beginning to end, what an AMAZING experience!!! 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 2026 Crosstrek Sport from Crown Subaru. I live 90 minutes from the dealership so, MUCH of this was done thru email, text and phone calls. Kelly Burke was the first to reach out to my inquiry. Of this I will be eternally grateful! She was/is a friendly, knowledgeable, professional and PATIENT salesperson!! She handled my NUMEROUS questions, texts, emails with absolute grace and encouragement! No question was ignored or sidestepped. An ABSOLUTE doll!!! On the day I traveled to Chattanooga to "decide" on the car, she had it ready! I had limited time to spend at the dealership as I had dogs to get home to. EVERYTHING was ready to go and I drove my car home within a couple of hours. James Reilly had my add-ons installed and ready, Sara Ford, was "on the ready" to make sure I understood my car, Jennifer Morgan - totally prepared with the documents made this experience OFF OF THE CHARTS! AND Jennifer's little "furry assistant"- Coconut, was the absolute "Closer" of this deal! ❤️🐾❤️. (And thanks to the rep who had the 20¢ I needed to close the deal)!!!! I walked to the showroom to see cars and test drive a used Forrester...Dwayne was the first person I saw and I liked his personality immediately. I then went to VW, Mazda, KIA, Hyundai, Mercedes and Toyota...only to then get some "car and driver" owner scores on all those cars. they were horrible numbers...except Subaru in the 80's!! I came back to Dwayne to size an older Crosstrek and while there, saw a 2023 Impreza 5-door Sport...then drove it with him. He encouraged me to "punch it", get on and off the Highway...and "hit those bumps rough roads...see how smooth and quiet!" YES! I was sold, and Dwayne made "the excitement (and same-time angst-ridden) event of buying a new car a joy. I have purchased 17 cars >> in the USA, France, the UAE and Malaysia...TRUST ME...HE IS THE BEST!
