I felt bad for the lady in new cars because she showed us some stuff and they were above what I wanted to spend. One I was looking at online was dropped in to my price range that day. The miles were a little higher but it has the $100000 mile warranty and it will take me a years before I drive that much. Dwayne helped us and he was very enthusiastic and helpful. I got a car that I love that will hopefully last me forever. The only bad part was the boring paperwork, but they can't help that I was hangry.

I had a 84,000 mile service due soon on my Subaru but needed my car evaluated on short notice because of tire and battery concerns. Crown Subaru got me in immediately. Matt White made sure everything was evaluated quickly and called me before doing anything with extra cost. When the work could not be finished that day, he provided me with a loaner. He was great to work with.

I bought a new Forester over the internet. The key to the deal was the low price and personal friendly way Danny McVay handled everything, working around my schedule to get me the car I needed. So many dealers have a reluctance to give you a drive out price over the internet, preferring you come into the showroom, where they have the advantages, in order to discuss the details of the deal. Crown was different, they seemed to embrace moving vehicles over the internet. Everything about completing the deal went well and Danny stayed with me throughout. I would recommend Crown and Danny McVay to anyone interested in a Subaru.

Extremely knowledgeable and most caring. Impressively, no pressure. Danny McVay and the sales manager truly listened to what I wanted and steered me to a car that fit my needs. Especially, they went far out of their way to make sure the price was want I was wanting pay. A dealer in Knoxville was charging far more and tried to pressure me to a car that did not have the features I said were most important for me to buy a car. Danny truly listened, cared, and helped to make sure i bought a car that had everything I said was critical without asking me to pay for things I don't want. Don't ever go to Atlanta or Knoxville, they are high pressure tactics, Danny and Crown subaru treat you how they would a loved family member. I drove 2 hours to buy a car from Danny @Crown Subary, but I would drive 8 or 9 hours to buy a car from them, they are that helpful and sincere!
