After deciding it was time to retire a current vehicle, a friend of mine recommended that I stop by Crown Subaru and ask to talk with Jacqueline. Crown is a well run dealership with many options for new and used vehicles and my experience with them was good. But, my experience with Jacqueline was excellent! She listened, showed me vehicles with options I told her I was looking for and didn’t waste time showing me vehicles she “thought” I would like. She was patient, answered questions, tracked down requested information and went above and beyond in an effort to help me make a good selection. I can say that my friend’s recommendation about Jacqueline was spot on… she was as good as advertised. Brandee made buying our first Subaru a great experience. She is wonderful! The entire staff work as a team which is refreshing compared to other dealerships. Our trade in was hassle free and financing was open and transparent. We never felt pressured to add all of the warranty and service options, unlike some dealers. Management called a few days later after we had time to digest our purchase to ask how our experience was all around. Very refreshing! Special thanks to Kendra Ostrander from the moment she saw us on the lot she came and introduced herself and showed us the 2026 Crosstrek. She explained the different models. We really liked the limited and i wanted the gray and one was coming in the next few days. After going back we decided on the red pearl. Kendra helped us every step of the way and answered all of our questions. My husband Phil really appreciated her too. Today we went back to pick up our car and meet with Sara Ford Love Encore Specialist and she was great too. She got everything set up and explained all the different settings and options.we have her card and can contact her if we have any further questions. My husband and I bought a Used Subaru Outback that we wouldn’t have known about or even looked at if it wasn’t for her trying to fit us in the right car that fit our budget and needs. What a lovely experience! The staff was wonderful. Kenneth contacted me after I inquired on line. He did not bombard me with emails, texts and calls. Rather, he answered my questions and let all the information sink in. He did follow up daily to see if I needed anything else. By the end of the week we had a date and time set for me to come in. The dealership is very clean and also pet friendly, which was a nice surprise. I was even given a dog toy as a parting gift! Kenneth introduced me to multiple people. Ms. Ford and also Cindy were very helpful in completing the purchase and answering questions. The kindness that I've experienced at Crown Subaru is unmatched. I dealt mostly with Kenny, who is kind, charismatic, easy to get in touch with for questions, but did not pressure me at all. I feel like everyone went above and beyond normal expectations. Subaru has clear pricing, honest staff and a friendly and clean environment. I want to shout out the financial lady also, although I don't remember name. I was very overwhelmed when looking at warranties, she slowed down, broke it down and was super patient. They also have a dog on staff named Coconut! When looking for cars at other dealerships, I often felt like I was being circled by sharks looking for a paycheck. I felt like a friend here.
