We really liked the limited and i wanted the gray and one was coming in the next few days. After going back we decided on the red pearl. What a lovely experience! The staff was wonderful. Kenneth contacted me after I inquired on line. He did not bombard me with emails, texts and calls. Rather, he answered my questions and let all the information sink in. He did follow up daily to see if I needed anything else. By the end of the week we had a date and time set for me to come in. I feel like everyone went above and beyond normal expectations. Subaru has clear pricing, honest staff and a friendly and clean environment. I want to shout out the financial lady also, although I don't remember name. I was very overwhelmed when looking at warranties, she slowed down, broke it down and was super patient.
