i bought my 3rd Subaru July 1, 2025 - 1st Subaru bought in 2016 - from Brandee T and Keith A. They helped me find a Great car - helped me with all the processes and made me feel great about the purchase. Nine years i've been depending on the service and folks at Subaru in Chattanooga - they make me feel like I am known and important- I'll continue going to Subaru in Chattanooga and referring my family and friends to Subaru too! (Have had 7 total family members, friends, and coworkers go to Subaru to buy a vehicle!) Thank you to the staff at Subaru for a great experience over the last 9 years! Margaret G

As usual Desmond's team took great care of me during my service visit. Crown Subaru is a great addition to the Chattanooga area.

We bought a Nissan Rogue from this location. The car was so clean and well taken care of. We drove from Atlanta to purchase this car. Prior to making that trip, Brandee sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We decided to take the trip up and Brandee was even more pleasant in person. Overall, everyone we interacted with was great and so is our new (to us) car.

I had a problem, a big problem. Back in September I had taken my 2022 Outback to an oil change place in Cleveland Tennessee; within, say, fifteen miles of driving I started having problems; the check engine light was on, the car was running rough, the engine was dying whenever I took my foot off the gas. So I took the car to Crown Subaru, and learned that the Valvoline people has put roughly one and a half quarts of oil over the appropriate limit. I dealt with Matt White; he returned my car, but candidly mentioned that it sounded like a diesel. I made it back near home, about 30 miles, when the troubles began again, which warranted another trip to Crown Subaru (in the meantime I had confronted the Valvoline manager to zero satisfaction. I had also called Subaru main office in New Jersey). So the car undergoes the knife, destination unknown. I drive around a loaner from Crown Subaru for 2 weeks while they pulled the engine and went over the thing in detail. At this point I had no assurance that my warranty would pay for any of the work of parts that might be needed to get my outback on the road. And if you have spent any time in front of a television watching courtroom procedurals, you are familiar with the concept of "reasonable doubt;" Subaru certainly could have thrown the expense of the repairs back on me, and my only recourse would have been to sue the Valvoline franchise owner. But what happened is that Subaru decided that the damage was so extensive that the oil overfill might not have been the entire problem, and they repaired the engine at no charge to me. The damage included replacing the engine block, replacing the camshaft, and about two pages of parts and sensors. I shudder to think of what the bill would have been, had Subaru not decided to do the honest thing, under the broadest definition imaginable. What do you look for when buying a new car? Subarus are fun driving vehicles, but no one is going to label them as muscle cars. But if you are seeking a solid, reliable car, sold by a firm that is proud of their product, protective of it good name, and inclined to give the customer the benefit of the doubt, then why would you look elsewhere? Sorry that this love letter went on so long, but I think my experience was one that deserves to be known.

My current car is a 2017 Outback and that was my first Subaru. Flash forward to 2022 and I now have 133,000 miles on it and it has been a great car. The size is perfect with plenty of room in the back as well as the front and rear leg room. It sits up higher than a car, but not as high as a truck for easy in and out. I bought that car from Keith Aviles back in 2016. Actually I ordered it and waited on the exact color etc that I wanted. When it came time for a new Subaru, I didn't even go to another dealer. Why would I ? Keith is now the sales manager but he worked with me and a salesman Regan Brandon to order my next Outback. I decided to get another Touring but this time a XT with the 2.4L Turbo. It really has a lot of power yet still has good economy making it a perfect combination. I once asked if the Outback is considered a Crossover or a SUV or a wagon and I think it was Keith that said its a Subaru. After 5 years and over 130K miles I get it. A Subaru is different, it feels different, it rides different (than a Honda or Toyota) and for sure the dealership is different than a typical one. No high pressure tricks just a honest deal with highly trained professionals that know their product. I was always impressed here that the salesman know about these cars. I dont find that to be the case at other brands except for high end German car dealerships. And another big bonus here is that Desmond is the service manager and there is not a better one in Chattanooga than him. I have worked with him previously at BMW and he is a real pro. My order is placed so now I just have to wait for my Touring XT to be built. Thanks Keith and Regan !!

Upon the initial phone conversation with Chris Dover we knew this would be a pleasant car-buying experience. We drove from GA to TN in order to purchase a vehicle and we would do it again in the future just to give this dealership business. Everything was seamless. Chris was very polite and upbeat and he never rushed us away, we definitely felt valued as a customer. My husband spoke to Justin Standridge over the phone and we were approved over the phone and he was very helpful and understanding and answered all of our questions. During the last step, signing the paperwork, is when we met Steve Gordon (who we had also spoken to over the phone) and he was great, too! He was very thorough. Also some nice touches to the dealership were the fireplace (it had snowed during the night) and the coffee/tea and snack area. I highly recommend the New/Used car dealership as well as working with Chris, Justin and Steve!
